Hi there!  I'm 45, the "Mamaw" of 3 beautiful boys, and one gorgeous little girl.  We have another grandchild on the way, due last July of 2008!

My wonderful husband Michael passed away on April 4th, 2008.  He was diagnoised with cancer of the esophagus.  They gave him 18 months, he was gone in 63 days from the day he was diagnoised.  He will forever be in my heart and soul.  May 1st would have been our 25th wedding anniversary.

I am a huge animal lover. I had to rehome my Rottweilers Zeus and Isis, but they went to a wonderful home of a police officer and his wife.  I was thankfully able to keep Gabby my boxer.

I'm also a RNY Gastric Bypass SURVIVOR.  I had WLS in October of 2005.  Anything and everything that could go wrong did.  After finding another surgeon who REVERSED it for me November 19th, 2007 I decided I wanted to make a difference for those men and women out there who have difficulties with the surgery.  After dropping to a deadly 86 pounds (I'm 5'5 inches tall) and going through alot of pain, I decided to reach out to others and try to help them as much as I can.

I'm a regular member of the SOAP BOX discussion board.  I have met so many great people there!  Pop in and say hi to all of us.  It's a great group of people.  Yeah, very opinionated but that's what makes the SOAP BOX so unique!
