We are a business run by people who love to help others. Each day we strive to improve our ability to work with grace and improve our gentle kind spirits. We have over 20 years in equipment sales and over 10 years in restaurants, bars and casinos. A few grey hairs, a few kids and the desire to make an honest dollar while helping others do the same.

You'll also see many of our items are MADE IN THE USA. We don't outsource our customer service and we're not as large as some of the competition. We have considerable stock in our warehouse & can locate most items within a week to place a private BIN for you. We encourage local buyers to preview items at our Warehouse. One Fat Frog accepts a variety of payment options to include visa, mastercard, discover, american express). We offer a variety of commercial finance/ lease plans; this financing can include freight. 7% sales tax for items shipped to: FL or picked up. Resale certificates must be provided at payment.
 Items sold FOB from warehouse/ showroom. Items under 150 lbs shipping continental US shipping charges in bill as courtesy; all international FOB regardless of weight. Items over 150lbs shipped freight; we prepare items for shipment & obtain estimated shipping quotes from Freightquote (door to door) & Forward Air (airport to airport) as a courtesy to simplify bidding process Payment for freight paid directly to freight company. We are not responsible for discrepancy in shipping weights or additional charges by shipping company. Purchase shipping insurance; One Fat Frog is not responsible for performance of carrier or item condition once it leaves. Filing loss & damage claims with freight carrier is sole responsibility of customer; we help whenever possible. Always open item at time of delivery & note on bill of lading- report to carrier's claims & driver before they leave. Refrigeration/ coolant: as solder ages it becomes brittle & may break during transit causing leakage- requiring simple repair. Warehouse/ showroom space limited; items picked up within 7 days of sale. Items not removed within 30 days: storage charge: $30.00 per item/month, or portion thereof. Items not removed within 60 days disposed at buyer's expense; charge equal to buyer's bid price plus packaging/handling/ transport. In case of hurricane in Florida, shipping may be delayed.
We do our best to fairly & honestly represent every machine & will list what we know about the item or if we have been able to test it. Most of our items were uninstalled from working facilities; sometimes we are able to see the items working. This cannot be construed as a guarantee that item will continue to work for specific amt of time- these are used items. We assume customers are familiar with items & understand uses- no warranties, no refunds express/ implied, for merchantability/ fitness for particular use. All items sold as is/ where is. When purchasing used items expect it reflects wear, tear & use; we recommend all items be resanitized & cleaned upon installation. When order new products from our product lines, manufacturer's warranty carries with item.
