Randall - OnlyFactoryDirect's Vice President and General Manager. Randall has over 14 years experience in the audio industry and 6 years of retail sales and training. Randall oversees all the day to day operations, marketplace design and marketplace sales. Kathy - OnlyFactoryDirect's Customer Service Manager. Kathy handles all the day to day sales and communication. Kathy has over 7 years of retail sales experience and training. Kathy shares the OFD customer service philosophy and she does all that she can to provide the very best experience for our buyers, before and after the sale.
Engineer Dan - OnlyFactoryDirect's in house engineer began his engineering career in 1975 at Great American Sound Company, designing high-end solid-state audio pre-amplifiers and high power amplifiers. In 1983, Dan founded Siefert Research, designing, manufacturing and marketing high performance loudspeakers.
In 1986 he joined Harman International Industries, Inc. as a Senior Systems Design Engineer. While at Harman, he brought several speakers to market for both professional, consumer and computer/multi-media applications. During this time, Dan was assigned to Harman's Research and Development department, reporting to Dr. Floyd Toole. He then focused his attention on measurement technologies and contributed to the development of Harman's advanced subjective and objective measurement techniques.
Brittany - OnlyFactoryDirect's office assistant. Brittany has over 4 years of experience in customer service. Brittany helps Kathy with all buyer communications.
