	Descriptions of Conditions As Stated NEW This product is brand new and never used, and is often in retail packaging, in sealed "static" bags, or other sealed packaging. NEW OUT OF BOX This is a new product with original warranty, but may have been used for display/demo purposes only. It is not in the original packaging, and may be missing manual, drivers, CDdisks, etc... LIKE NEW This product will look and perform like new but may have been used for some time. This product will cosmetically look more used, and may include a warranty from the manufacturer or seller. Any cosmetic imperfections will not hinder the product's function or performance. REFURBISHED This product has been reconditioned by the manufacturer or a third-party. This product should look and perform like a new product, but had been in use for some time before reconditioning. Most items are good enough to be considered "LIKE NEW." Any cosmetic imperfections will not hinder the product's function or performance. Refurbished products often come with a warranty. USED This product has been installed and used, and will show signs of previous installation and use. Any cosmetic imperfections will not hinder the product's function or performance. AS IS The description area above states all known problems with this unit, but there may be other undiagnosed problems. We cannot assume that this product is fully-functioning or non-defective. This product is sold "as is," and is not covered under any warranty. All sales are final. NOTEBOOKS & SYSTEMS If no operating system is stated in the description area above, then these computers have Command Prompt loaded, and are ready for you to install the operating system of your choice. Notebooks have batteries included, but the batteries are not covered under the warranty. PRINTERS Unless stated in the description area above, printers do not come with ink, toner, cables, NIC card, or drivers.

Please include your auction Item Number and shipping address with all email correspondence. COD Orders are not available. All orders shipped to a Maryland address are subject to 5% state tax. Our return policy is limited and products may only be returned under certain conditions that conform to Orion's Return Material Authorization Procedure (ORMA).

	You will be charged our standard handling fee for UPS Ground (materials, labor, insurance & shipping costs). If you are paying with PayPal, we can only ship to a Confirmed Address. We cannot ship via UPS to APO or PO Boxes or international addresses including Canada. Shipping charges will be higher for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Buyers from these geographic areas should please contact us prior to bidding in order to determine the actual cost of freight shipping. Buyers who want to pick the item up from us must contact us in advance via email or telephone to make all necessary pickup arrangements. Certain items are not available for pick-up. All shipments are insured. All shipping claims must be made with the courier in accordance with the courier claim policies. Orion items are shipped with full item value insurance through the carrier. Correct procedures must be followed in order for shipper to pay claims. Refunds will cover item value and transportation costs. We use only the best packing materials as seen above. Our Instapacker foam system provides superior protection for all items of any shape or size while in transit. TRUCK FREIGHT: Buyer must request a quote PRIOR to bidding. Freight items are quoted at time of auction listing/purchase. Handling charges will be included in the freight quote. Fragile and/or large items require special care and will be quoted based on the best possible shipping method/price. Shipping for residential addresses may incur an additional cost, which will be quoted at auction close or upon request. This may take longer. This cost is dictated by the buyersgeographic location and shipping needs. FedEx Freight REQUIRES a valid contact telephone number for buyer, and state whether the delivery address is Business or Residential (added fees apply for residential delivery) for the freight carrier to deliver. Residential or Special Delivery is at an additional cost, and is quoted upon request or at auction close. Buyer must be present to accept delivery. There may be an additional charge for additional delivery attempts. Buyer is responsible for removing items from the trailer if there is no loading dock. Buyer may also elect to pick-up items from the Local FedEx Freight terminal. Please check with us before you bid if you have any questions about shipping, handling, or insurance charges. Customer must be present to accept delivery, and must provide a valid reach telephone number (for the delivery driver). In the event that the customer is unable to take delivery of the purchased item at the originally agreed upon time, and said customer failed to give reasonable notice of such inability, there will be an additional charge for a second delivery. All authorized returned items must be fully insured and securely protected and packaged with freight charges prepaid. All products received damaged, tampered with, altered, and/or abused will be subject to refusal and warranty voided. The cost of freight and transportation to and from Orion, in order to complete any repair service under the terms of the warranty, will be at the expense of, and charged to, the customer. In the absence of specific shipping instructions, Orion will use its own discretion in its choice of method of transportation and carrier.

Orion makes every effort to be fair and equitable. If payment is not made in a timely manner, Orion reserves the right to cancel the auction and file an Unpaid Item claim. Orion reserves the right NOT to sell to bidders with a negative or zero feedback score. Orion does not include operating systems, drivers, CD, manuals, cables or software unless specified in the item description. Orion cannot be responsible for suitability or compatibility issues with your system or software. Items pictured are stock photos unless specifically stated.
