Please note I ship most books and jewelry in bubble lined envelopes If you wish a different method please let me know. It may effect the shipping costs. Media mail is the least expensive method however can take up to 10 business days to reach you. When leaving feedback, please look at postmark date NOT delivery date when considering a rating~Thanks
Important Info relating to CLAIMS and REFUNDS
Insurance is always an recommended with shipping as it does cover loss and breakage. On rare occasion things do happen, please remember that the post office requires original package for all claims. It is most cost efficeint for buyers to file claim with my cooperation. All original reciepts will be sent to you promptly. Refunds do come from the post office.A claim s process will be started immediatly and we work very hard to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Recieving damaged items is very upsetting to all parties. We are buyers too and understand your frustrations. Please remeber once again, we will handle issues Promptly.
