Like most eBayers, I began selling for my own amusement and to clear out some used photo and boating equipment I had laying around. After some selling success, occasionally a friend would ask me to sell something for them too. As word spread, I found more and more sources for items to sell.
Nearly all my items are consignment items. Most of which come to me with only a statement from the seller as to condition. I try to test for power up on all electrical items where possible. Many items I sell are incomplete and as such cannot be tested. These items are listed for parts or repair.
Extensive testing of my items is generally impossible.
Bid only what YOU think an item worth. All purchases carry an element of risk .. rarely do I sell new items so nothing I sell comes with a warranty and all items are sold without any guarantee beyond what is mentioned specifically in the description.
I take pride in accurately representing what I sell both photographically and in the item description. I insist that my clients do the same.
