Shipping |

Save on shipping with purchase of multiple items. If for some
reason your multiple shipping has not been calculated correctly, please email us at: ebay@pchobbies.com and in the comment write “MS.” We will only respond
to your email if you use this code in the comments line and only this code. We are
determined to be fair with shipping. Pacific Coast Hobbies is not responsible for lost,
damaged, misdirected, or delayed shipments. So please purchase insurance. Items that are
sold as “Brand New” are under manufacturer warranties. Used items are sold as is
with no warranty.
U.S. Shipping
For Domestic sales we ship with the United States Postal Service and
use USPS Priority Mail,or UPS Ground for items weighing four pounds and up. Please note
that these services do not provide tracking information. They can however, provide a
confirmation of delivery.
International Shipping
For International sales we ship with the United States Postal
Service and use USPS Express Mail with tracking.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of Delivery. Item(s) Must Be Unopened and in original packaging. Due to
manufacturer's policy, Warrantied or Defective Items Must
Be Returned Directly to Manufacturers. You must have an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning an item to
us. We do not accept returns on opened RTR's, Nitro Engines, or
Electronics.
Additional shipping charges for
returns or exchanges shall be provided by the buyer.
For returns or exchanges, please read the following:
1) Item
must be unopened
2)Request RMA number by emailing us at ebay@pchobbies.com (subject:
RETURNS).
Also please include in the body of the email the following:
- Name as it appears on your Ebay account.
- Ebay item number of your purchase
- Address on your Ebay account.
- Email Address
- Reason for return or exchange
Note:The instructions above must be
carefully followed to process your RMA request.
3)Upon approval we will send you an email with your RMA number.
4)When you are
ready to send the package back please include a copy of the email with the RMA
number..
