Phoenix Friction Products:
Phoenix Friction Products is a 25 year established Brick-and-Mortar
Technology-Driven manufacturer and supplier of high quality Brake and Clutch
products to the O.E. Automotive and Truck aftermarket. Our extensive
experience with friction materials allows us to provide use-specific
applications. Our focus over the years has been solving brake and clutch
problems for large fleet operations such as UPS, FedEx, and Interstate Brands
(Wonder Bread, Drakes, and Hostess), as well as police vehicles, school buses,
and ambulances. Fleet vehicles have unique requirements in how their brakes and

Phoenix Friction Clutch Kits:
Our Clutch Kits contain
components sourced from all the best known and trusted O.E. clutch manufacturers
such as Aisin, BCA, Borg & Beck, Daikin/Exedy, FCC, INA, LuK, Nachi, NKK, NSK,
NTN, Sachs, Seco, and Valeo, as well as ourselves. The components are selected
based on overall performance and consistent quality (ISO certification).
Incoming inspection and in-house testing ensure consistent product quality.
Trained and dedicated clutch specialists handle all kit packaging and make sure
the correct components, technical bulletins, and installation instructions are
included in every kit we produce.
Phoenix Friction Disc Brake Pads & Shoes:
We offer over 1,400 pad
numbers covering Semi-Metallic, Heavy Duty, Ceramic, and Non-Asbestos
Low-Metallic applications to bring you the broadest coverage possible. Our
formulations are all rotor friendly, quiet, resistant to fade, and very low
dusting. For high heat applications, we offer our HDM Semi Metallic Disc Pad
line. This product is appropriate for all fleet, commercial, police and
emergency vehicles applications, as well as medium and heavy duty trucks
where high brake operating temperatures can reduce brake effectiveness and
shorten pad and rotor life.
Our disc brake products are made from the
finest materials available today at an ISO9002 manufacturing facility. Our
pads follow OE configurations including the
original chamfers and grooves to
ensure quiet performance. Over 99% of our pads are integrally molded with
friction material formulations that provide ultra smooth braking, long pad
life, long rotor life, ultra quiet performance, low dusting, excellent fade
resistance, and quick recovery.

the Continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories will ship
USPS. All Canada and International orders will ship USPS.

In-Stock items will ship within 24 hours of payment, but may take
as long as 48 hours to ship. For part numbers listed in our eBay store that are

LIMITED WARRANTY:
Each New Automotive CLUTCH KIT (referred to as a "Kit") and each Upgrade CLUTCH
KIT is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under
normal use and service. Each Kit is warranted for twelve (12) months or twelve
thousand (12,000) miles (whichever occurs first) from the date of installation,
and each Upgrade Kit (.2 and above) is warranted for three (3) months or three
thousand (3,000) miles (whichever occurs first) from the date of installation.
This warranty is made upon the condition that at the time of installation, the
pressure plate assembly, disc assembly, release bearing, and pilot
bearing/bushing are properly replaced, and the flywheel is properly resurfaced
and replaced. There shall be no obligation under this limited warranty unless
the Kit or Upgrade Kit is returned with all original subcomponents (including
pressure plate assembly, disc assembly, release bearing, and pilot
bearing/bushing). Each master cylinder, slave cylinder, flywheel, cable and fork
(referred to as "Component") is warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of
installation. Each Kit, Upgrade Kit, and Component is henceforth referred to in
this warranty as "Product". |
RETURN POLICY:
Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties, and cores. Customer must
call to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 7 business days
of date of delivery. Phoenix Friction Products does not charge a
re-stocking fee at this time (subject to change). All authorized
merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging, unused and in resalable
condition. Phoenix Friction Products will not issue a refund on special orders
or items over 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Absolutely NO return or
exchange on merchandise that shows signs of use, were installed or mounted.
Returns must be sent by freight, prep-aid, and insured by you, the buyer. A
refund, exchange, or core return will not be processed until all relevant items
have been returned to Phoenix Friction Products. Original shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable. All custom entry fees and duty
associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer. A copy
of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with
a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach
you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the
correctness of the size and application of all parts before installation.
All warranty claims must be made
through Phoenix Friction Products prior to the return of the product. The buyer
must contact Phoenix Friction Products to begin the warranty claim process and
to be issued an RMA Number. Phoenix Friction will inspect and test to
determine if the product is defective or damaged. If the product is
determined to be defective, Phoenix Friction Products will issue a full refund
for the product and all incurred shipping charges. Any labor,
installation, transportation and the costs will not be refunded or compensated. |
