Phoenix Trading Company is Going Green! 
In an effort to minimize our business's impact on the environment, or "carbon footprint", we are making incremental changes in the way we do business. Initially, we have grouped these changes into 3 categories: Consumer Packaging, Waste Disposal, and Operations. While this is a constant work-in-process, here are some of the changes we are making:

Consumer Packaging
The boxes, envelopes, padding, etc used to ship goods to our customers are made with some percentage of post-consumer recycled content. Our goal is that all packaging consists of a minimum of 30% recycled content. All our packaging is recyclable.

Waste Disposal
We now recycle all of our paper, cardboard, glass, aluminum, and plastic video game cases. Since most of our games are sold without thier cases (because they are damaged), this represents a very significant amount of plastic NOT being put into landfills!

Operations
All office paper is being recycled, along with printer and copier toner cartidges. We are also using timers for controlling heating systems.
Attention Business Owners! 
In addition to selling our own products, we offer our services as an eBay Trading Assistant to companies (and individuals with qualifying merchandise) who wish to sell their merchandise on eBay and maximize the value of excess, returned, or obsolete merchandise. How do I pay for an auction?
- Step 1 Simply click the link in the email we sent you after the auction closed or click the "checkout now" button in your listing.
- Step 2 Enter the eBay item number and your email address. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ENTER THE EMAIL ADDRESS REGISTERED ON EBAY AT THE TIME YOU WON THE AUCTION. You can change your email address AFTER you log into the checkout system.
- Step 3 Enter your shipping information and select your preferred payment method.
You must use the process even if you wish to pay with a money order or PayPal! The total cost (including shipping), our mailing address, a link to PayPal, and a secure area to enter credit card info will be available in the checkout.
You can combine shipping, but you must wait until after winning the final auction before checking out! You must complete the checkout no more than 7 days after winning the first auction or you may receive an unpaid item dispute. Payment must be received within 10 days to avoid an unpaid item dispute from eBay.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and money orders (US banks only). We do not accept personal checks or cash.

Can I combine auctions to reduce shipping costs?
YES, but you must wait until after winning the final auction before checking out! You must complete the checkout no more than 7 days after winning the first auction or you may receive an unpaid item dispute. Our checkout will automatically combine your winnings and apply the "additional item" shipping costs. The highest "first item" shipping cost will be applied, plus the corresponding "additional item" shipping for the remaining items. The order of the auctions won does not affect shipping costs.

What do I do when my credit card is declined?
Your card may have been declined for reasons other than having reached your credit limit. Please go back to the checkout and confirm that the billing name and address are correct. (The billing address must be the address which the credit card statement is sent to.) Also, check the card number and expiration date. If you make any changes, click the SAVE button, and then you must click the "RUN CARD" button near the bottom of the page! You can also try a different card or change the payment method entirely.

How much is shippinng?
Shipping costs for items may vary, but are indicated in each auction listing. There is shipping cost for the 1st item, and usually a lower cost for any additional items ordered. If you order two different items, the higher 1st item shipping cost is applied plus the "additional item" shipping cost from the other item. It does not matter which item is purchased first.

Why does the shipping amount on my invoice not match the amount on the auction page?
The shipping total on your invoice includes insurance and is not itemized separately. Insurance which protects you from the loss or damage of your order during shipment, are clearly indicated just below the shipping charges in the auction listing.

Where do you ship to?
It depends on the item. Please refer to the shipping information indicated in the specific auction listing.

How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped the following business day after payment is received. For example, if payment is received on a Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday. We will send you an email when your payment clears AND when your order ships. Once you order leaves our facility, delivery within the US typically takes 3-6 business days, but occasionally longer. International delivery takes 4-8 business days. We ship via USPS 1st Class/Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Why have you not responded to my emails?
We respond to all emails messages by the end of the next BUSINESS day. Since we do not work on weekends and holidays, if you send us a message on Friday, we will not get back to you until the following Monday. If you do not hear back from us, please check that:
- You are checking the correct email account. If you sent the email through an eBay link, then please check what email address you have registered on eBay. You can do this by going to www.ebay.com, select "My eBay", click on "Preferences", and then "Update my registration information".
- Your mailbox is not full
- You do not have a Spam blocker activated on your email account.

How and when will I get my refund?
In cases where it becomes necessary to issue you a refund, it will be made by the same method as you used to make the purchase. The refund will be issued within 10 business days.
