Can you end an auction early?
No, We cannot end an auction early. To remain fair for other bidders, we allow auctions to remain active for the full duration.
I purchased multiple items, do you give discounts?
YES! We discount the shipping costs on multiple-game orders. $2 is taken off the shipping on each additional item. If you buy a game system, we will ship 3 games with it with free shipping costs on the games.
I bid on accident, can we cancel the transaction?
Yes, we certainly can help with any mistakes. If the item is an auction that has not ended yet, we will cancel the transaction once the auction ends.

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the listing, or does not work correctly.
We will issue a refund of the items costs, not the shipping. Any amount charged for shipping & handling fees, or listing fees will be consumed by purchasing the order.
Refund amount will have shipping and fee deductions related to the sale. Please contact us and initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order; A late return has a10% restocking fee.
