Payment/Shipping:
- Buyers agree to pay fixed shipping and handling fees as stated in the product description. Shipping/handling fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable. They do not include just the cost of shipment. There are additional costs such as additional packing materials, boxes, labels, labor and fuel charges. We do not utilize third party shipping account numbers.
Simply do not bid/buy from our auctions if you do not agree with the shipping/handling fees
- We offer 15% off total shipping and handling fees for combined/multiple items purchased
- Please make sure where you are located and pay the correct amount of shipping and handling fees; the order will be delayed if buyer paid insufficient shipping and handling fees.
If the item was refused by the buyer for any reason, buyer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees again to resend the item; please make sure you provide a correct/valid physical mailing address
- Winning bid notification/payment instruction will be sent to buyer automatically through email after auction ended (usually within few hours)
- We accept:
money order/cashier check (international customers international money order only)
personal check (US customers only, and must be cleared before processing the order, personal check will be hold for 10 business days).
PAYPAL accepts most credit cards
Please enclose a typed or clearly written letter/note with your payment, including:
1. the eBay item number and the auction title or description of the item
2. your complete mailing address
3. your daytime telephone number and current email address
Simply follow the above order processing instructions can ensure we can ship your order out as soon as possible; failure to provide any information above may delay your order processing time
- Payment must be received within 10 days of auction closed, product availability is not guaranteed after 10 days
- All products will be shipped within 3 business days after payment verified, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery (usually less)
- Sorry, No collect on delivery (COD), no local pick-up, all of our products will be shipped by one of the following carriers: UPS/Fedex/DHL/USPS priority mail or first-class mail (by our choice). We will provide a tracking number for our buyers once the product was shipped; tracking number is not available for military base, APO/FPO address and international small packages
Return policy:
In order to better serve and satisfy our customers, we spend enormous efforts on ensuring our product descriptions and order processing procedures are accurate, precise and informative.
If you still get confused, please ask any questions before placing an order. All sales are final
- Inspect and test your product for any manufacturer defect before installation:
If you discover damage after you received and accepted the order, you can contact the shipping carrier and file a damage claim (if you have paid for insurance). They will reimburse the value of the damaged product to you.
If your order arrives with damage, you can refuse to accept the package. The shipping carrier will return the product to us at no charge on you. We will send out a replacement unit upon receipt.
- You may choose to return or exchange any unopened products that are in original packing, good and resalable condition (at seller discretion):
Racing_guys is not responsible for the shipping cost. After we received the returned product, we will examine and verify its condition before issuing a store credit or refund on the product selling price. Please understand 25% restocking fee will apply to the product selling price. We do not issue cash refunds except we made a mistake.
- Please note that all return and cancellation shipping and handling fees of all the orders are non-refundable.
- No returns will be accepted / No refund or exchange will be issued on products that have been used, modified or painted in any way
- No returns will be accepted after 14 days of date of purchase
Sometimes, we do make mistakes in processing your order at certain circumstances;
- if you receive a manufacturer damaged or defective product
- or our description is wrong
If those defects are found, we are responsible to either exchange the specific product to you. We will reimburse you the actual shipping fees for you to return the product to us if we shipped incorrect quantity or product.
Otherwise, if we found that we make no mistake (right product sent, no manufacturer defect, right description), we will send the original item back to you.
When the shipment(s) is/are Refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for the second time S&H, if refuse to pay, there will be 20% restocking fee charge.
All cancel orders will issue 15% restocking fee charge and shipping fee was non-refundable once the order was shipped out.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Please read thoroughly our return policy prior to requesting a return.
If you decide to return a product, you must first contact our customer service representatives via email to obtain an authorization for return within 7 days of purchase receipt. Please remember to include the item number, product condition and reason of return in the email.
Unauthorized returns will be disregarded/refused.
If we authorize a return, we will issue the customer a RM (Return Merchandise) number and provide the instructions of returning a product.
Please be sure to enclose:
- RM number
- item number
- current mailing address
- current email address
* additional shipping and handling fee (if you want to exchange another product that is different from your previous order)
with your returning package for us to process your return; we will not be able to process any returns that without one of the above information; your return order will be delayed.
After we received the returned product, we will examine and verify it before sending a refund or replacement unit to the customers.
Please note that it takes approximately 10-15 days for a domestic return to process, Canadian and other international orders may take longer.

- All sales are final, items are sold on "As is" basis, no warranty coverage is expressed or implied unless otherwise stated in the product description.
- Products selling in Racing_guys are for auto trade shows, display/off-road vehicles only. Public road and highway uses are strictly restricted and prohibited. We are not responsible for any illegal issues that caused by the improper usage of our products. Please be sure to verify with your local/state department if our products are allowed before placing your order.
- Products selling in Racing_guys require professional installation. We do not provide any installation instructions and will not responsible for any installation difficulties and problems generated unless otherwise stated in the product description.
- Productsprices are subjected to change at any time without previous notice. It will not apply to your original order.
- 8.25% Sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped within California (CA). Tax exemption may be applied to wholesale orders.
-When we can not complete your full order (some products you ordered may be temporarily out of stock), we will process and ship the products that are in stock
- Racing_guys reserves the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason.
- Privacy Policy: All the information you provide to Racing_guys when you place an order; such as your name, email address, postal address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential.
