R&K RV Products is a new company with a passion to deliver a great
product at a great price. As avid campers and boaters ourselves, we
understand that there is a huge need for accessories and parts to keep your
RV in top shape. We also understand that just because an item is connected
to the word "RV", it doesn't have to be so expensive. We are committed to
getting you the best prices and will stand behind what we sell.
Give us

the source for all of your RV needs" We are eager to earn your business. We
are a new and growing business that values the customers input. We have
access to thousands of RV accessories and repair parts. We can't list them
all but will be more than happy to list any item we have available at your
request.
We will surely experience some growing pains but we will not
abandon our customers. We have been dealing with ebay for some time now and
I can tell you from experience that it is completely discouraging to
purchase an item from someone and are not able to get in touch with them
when something goes wrong. We will return your emails.
Due to the issue that we are experiencing with feedback, we have changed our
policy. We believed that by leaving feedback for our customers as soon as they
paid for the item(s), that it was the right thing to do. What we have discovered
is that there are several customers who, for some reason, don't leave feedback
for us even after we shipped their product within 24 hours of payment. We also
discovered that without getting return feedback, we have no way of knowing
whether the customer received the product. Feedback is an extremely VITAL part
of this business and it also lets us know that our customers are totally
satisfied with their purchase. So, as much as it pains us, our new feedback
policy is this: Once you receive your purchase, please let us know that you are
satisfied by leaving feedback. We will then do the same for you. In the event
that you purchased an item that doesn't work or is the wrong item, We will "jump
through hoops" to remedy the problem. If you need
