My wife and I had two separate accounts, my original account was "Monoblock" started in 1998. In 2005 we merged our accounts into one single account. That's now 11 years of 100% positive feedback. That's 11 straight years of putting the customer first where they should be. 11 straight years of being reasonable. 11 straight years of realizing that the buyer is the only one doing any favor. 11 straight years of providing service and care to make sure your favor is treated with the respect you deserve.

We buy things so we have a clear understanding of how we prefer to be treated as customers and we apply that to the way you should be treated. Far too many sellers on eBay act is if they are doing the buyer a favor by offering something as if you the buyer are lucky or honored to be able to purchase their precious item. That's something we can't understand or even comprehend. We are honored when you choose or select our item for a purchase and we will do almost anything possible to express are gratitude. Service, communication, and care in your order to satisfy "you" is our commitment.....
