Our Store Policies Warranty
We are authorized dealer of the products we sell. We sell only new items in factory sealed boxes. All products purchased from us carry one year manufacturer warranty. Kestrel products carry two years manufacturer warranty.
Shipping & Handling
Items are usually shipped within one day of receiving the payment. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail for shipping but some items are shipped using UPS also. All international shipping uses USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping charges are based on the product. Most of the items carry fixed shipping charges for shipping within USA. International buyers will pay S&H charges based on the ship-to country.
Payment
We prefer Paypal but will accept Bidpay payment too. US buyers can also pay via Money Order or Cashier's Check. Item will be shipped only after we receive confirmed payment.
Sales Tax
All Pennsylvania buyers are required to pay 6% sales tax (on sales price + S&H).
Return/Refund
Customer satisfaction is very important for us. If you do not like the product we will refund your money within 7 days. If product is not working properly then we will help you resolve the issue or exchange the item within 30 days. After this period manufacture warranty will take effect.
For refund or exchange, buyer will have to pay for return shipping charges. In case of refund, we will refund the sale price of the item only. Please send us email for Return Authorization before sending the item back to us.
For some products, we will be deducting 20% restocking fee for opened boxes.
International Buyers
We are happy to ship items to our international customers. Please note that for many items, some specific features may not work outside USA. AC Adapter. if avaliable, is usually 120 Volt and you may need new adapter for your country. Please read carefully the item details.
Please make sure that you want this item before bidding or buying. Because of high shipping cost, we may not be able to refund/return on certain items. Buyers will be responsible for Custom duty/tax and clearing the item from Customs, if required.
