Originally started out in 2002 RYMO Computer
Solutions (RYMOCS) was a secondary business that allowed me to offer friends and
family a valid option for providing after hours desk side PC support. Our services
typically included providing one-on-one computer training, PC purchases, repair
and hardware upgrades, as well as website design and hosting solutions. Are you
wondering where the RYMO in our name came from and what it means? I’ll give
you the answer later on. Our original eBay account name was RYMOCOMS, as you can tell we have changed the eBay account name too!
RYMOCS is now RYMO Creative Services and has evolved into
more than just working with PC’s and building web sites. We still offer
these technical solutions, but now emphasize our creative services as well,
such as delving into my 21 years of restaurant experience. We primarily focus
on web site design and business technology integration solutions for small to
medium sized businesses as well as non-profit organizations. We like to focus
on restaurant and food service industry business integration including the technology
of point of sale systems, food and beverage inventory and ordering systems,
labor tracking systems, as well as recipe food costing and menu development
systems.
Cajun Chef Ryan (CCR) is a division of RYMOCS and focuses on sharing the joy
of cooking at home with Ryan Boudreaux. Our signature blend is being marketing
now on CCR and eBay. Try it out; you might just like the spicy flavor on your
burgers, steaks, chicken or fish. Oh, and it’s also great in gumbos, étouffée,
jambalayas and Creole dishes too!
We also on occasion will offer miscellaneous used electronic, household items and certain collectibles such as stamps and comic books in our “General Store” listings as we try to clear out the clutter to bring in new inventory.
And now, to answer the question I asked in the beginning; the first two characters
“RY” are from my first name Ryan and the next set
of characters “MO” are from the first two letters of my wife’s
name Monique…RYMO!
Having survived Hurricane Katrina in 2005 my family and I have bounced back in our lives, but many folks in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast regions are still struggling from the aftermath. It is also our hope that in spreading our love and devotion of Cajun cooking and Louisiana Heritage we will somehow add to the rebuilding of hope for those who have none today. That is why for every purchase you make through RYMOCS on our online sales we will donate a percentage to various Hurricane Katrina Relief funds, this is just a small way that we can help to give back to the community, rich heritage and culture that gave so much to us!
