After 7 days, or if you need Technical Support, Warranty information, Product Manuals or Repair Locations please contact the manufacturer directly.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please provide the following information when calling or emailing for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.

All products to be returned must be sent within 10 days from the date of shipment, 100% complete, in BRAND NEW condition, and must include original packing material, manuals  and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. A restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied depending on the condition of the return. If however, a package is returned missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories or there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit, we reserves the right to refuse the return.

RESTOCKING FEE : The reason we are forced to charge this fee is because we are a discount business. Once the item gets open we cannot sell it as brand new. We have to sell it as an open pc. Unfortunately this lowers the price of the item. We will try our very best to make this figure as low as possible.
