Shipping
USPS Priority: Shipping usually takes 2 working days.
USPS Standard: up to 10 days. The cut off time for same day shipping is at 9:00AM Pacific Time, all orders after this time will be ship out next day. Must purchase the optional insurance in order to be cover lost item during delievery. We reserve the right to choose the class of mail depending on the type of products. No exceptions.
Combine Shipping
- User must purchase at least 2 or more items from SellAcc with the same ID in order to proceed.
- Additional item(s) must be added to the same invoice of the initial purchase for combine shipping consideration.
- Please request total payment for combine purchases.
Please Note: Working days for USPS is Monday through Saturday where as working days for UPS/Fedex is Monday through Friday.

Return Policy
All sales are final unless wrong item was sent or product is defective upon usage.
- Opened/Unopened Products: No refunds are offered. Only defective product will be offered exchange or refund.
- Defective / Wrong Products: 100% refund, credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt. Must be in its original condition and original box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Mail Returns:Merchandise purchased on-line through Sellacc, which meets the return guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first MUST obtain a
Return Merchadise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and handling fee will be assessed.

An RMA is good for 10 days.
Please note: you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any losses or damages. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy.
Please allow up to 14 days from the time we accept your Return Merchandise for the processing of your return. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.

Store Policy
