Signature Motorcars is a small independent Texas dealer doing business as P.C. Auto Concepts. With over 30 years in the automobile business we understand the wants and needs of today's buyers. We are dedicated to providing nice, clean vehicles at below retail pricing. Most of the cars we offer for sale are new car trades from local franchised stores. We inspect each car carefully, fix anything that we find, and disclose all of this to you. We strive to accurately describe each and every vehicle through a detailed description and several photos. We do the majority of our business out-of-state and understand that it can be nerve racking committing to such a large purchase sight unseen. With that said, we avoid surprises like the plague. You live and die by the reputation you establish with the online community and we will go to great length to make sure that reputation remains untarnished. HOW IT ALL WORKS
Buying a vehicle online is new to most of us, so here is a brief summary on what you can expect when you buy a car from us.
- You have found your ideal vehicle and secured it (won the auction, make an offer that was accepted, used the Buy it Now option, or agreed on a deal through direct contact with me)
- We will need to complete a Bill of Sale, which will have our information, your information and the vehicle information. I can either email or fax you the Bill of Sale
- We require a $1000 deposit within 24 hours. The deposit can be done with a overnighted check, wire transfer, or credit card. Once we have received the deposit the vehicle is marked as sold.
- At this time you need to decide if you would like to come in and pick the vehicle up or have it shipped. If you decide to fly in and pick it up I will gladly pick you up from the airport. If you decide to ship, I can get you several quotes from shippers that I work with and you can pay me directly when you pay the remaining balance on the vehicle.
- Now, if you would like to order a third party inspection, now is the time. I know it is weird to recommend a company, but AutoCritic is the best I have seen (usedcarinspection.com)
- In most cases we require payment in full within 5 business days of writing up the Bill of Sale. This is not set in stone, however exceptions to this must be worked out with me. We accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and the boss' favorite, cash.
- If you are planning on coming in for delivery all paperwork will be handled at that time. If you are shipping you will need signed faxed copies of all paperwork involved before releasing the vehicle to the shipper.
- Once all the paperwork is signed and payment is made in full, we will provide you with a 20 day Texas temporary tag. This tag is good in all states and gives us time to get the title to you and for you to register the vehicle in your home state.
- In most cases titles will be sent out UPS within 10 business days of delivery. If you need the title sooner or would like to have it at the time of delivery, you must let me know ahead of time and I will do what I can (no guarantees)
- All the vehicles we sell have clean and clear titles. We simply will not buy a frame damaged, flood damaged or total loss car.
- Once you have received the title the deal is done. If you purchased the vehicle off of eBay please do not forget to leave us feedback. I will post feedback to your account only after you have posted to mine.
- Finally you enjoy your new vehicle that you got a mind-blowing deal on and go home and tell all your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors about the superior deal and service provided by Signature Motorcars.
