PAYMENT POLICY:
Check-Out: Please check out with the eBay pay now button located at the top of the listing once you have purchased all items in your order. From there you can link to PayPal or obtain information about mailing a payment. Using the check out system provided by eBay speeds up your shipping and allows us to ship accurately.
Payment Time: All payments are due within 10days of purchase. If sending a check, or still shopping please send a message to us through eBay to let us know you intend to purchase additional item(s). If payment is not received within a 10 day period a non-paying bidder alert may be filed and the item(s) will be re-listed.
Monies Excepted: US funds only
Acceptable Forms of Payment: PayPal,Money Orders, Certified Checks, and Personal Checks.
PayPal: We prefer Paypal for all online transactions since it assures the fastest response allowing us to ship the item(s) more quickly.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping Locations: Unless otherwise stated inthe listing standard shipping is to the 48 contiguous states only. We may be able to ship some items to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and A PO/FPO addresses. Please refer to the listing. We will consider shipping internationally, however please contact us first before bidding.
Shipping Time: We make every attempt to ship your order within 24/48 hours of confirmation and verification of payment information. We ship Monday thru Friday.
Shipping Method: We ship using USPS as well as UPS and DHL. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes available. If there should be a delay in shipping you will be notified.
Combined Shipping: To save customers on shipping costs combined shipping is available for smaller items to be put in one box. Please make sure to email us through eBay's contact seller option to let us know that you want to continue shopping, this helps with items ending on different days. All items to be combined must be closed within a single 7 day period. International Shipments Are limited to 3 knives on at the discounted rate any more than that Will be calculated one a case by case.
Shipping Charges: Please see the auction listing for shipping charges. If provided use the calculator as this will determine shipping charges to your area.

Refunds: Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal.Which is why we offer a 7 day refund policy. All products are always guaranteed to be as described. If you are not satisfied with the item a refund will be given promptly. You may always choose a store credit instead of a cash refund.
Refund Guidelines: Refunds will only be given if the following guidelines are met. 1. You must contact us within 7 days from the day that item(s) is/are received. 2. Item(s) must be returned in all original packaging including boxes and cartons. 3.Item(s) must be packed securely. 4. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. 5. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
