About Me: I am Sister Luke Panteleimon, of the Cloistered Heart Myrrh Bearers. We are an ecumenical order encompassing women of all faiths and backgrounds.  I have reached a place where I believe that I have realized the words of Jesus as recorded in the Gnostic Gospel of Thomas found at Nag Hammadi. "The Kingdom is Heaven is spread out on the Earth before you, but men do not see it." It is everywhere we find Christ in those that need us. I engage in a ministry to the aged and disabled that make their homes in nursing facilities as a Lay Eucharistic Minister. I am also a member of the Order of St. Luke, and believe strongly that the healing ministry of Christ is alive and well and available for the asking. The auctions that you bid on support this effort, allowing me to support the tremendous transportation costs that I have (I live in the National Forest 60 miles from my church). It also allows the wonderful "extras" that brighten up the lives of these wonderful folks, like flowers and presents. In your dealings with me, please be aware that I am disabled with Lupus, I have good days and bad ones, and am not always able to respond to inquiries as quickly as I would like.

About My E-bay Ministry: Like St. John of God, I believe I am engaging in a ministry of distribution. I love these wonderful old items and want to get them out to as many people as possible. I started selling when I came to feel that I needed to share all this love I had been hoarding. I love it that we are a whole world community, with the items that have passed through my hands going just about everywhere. The love that these items have absorbed clings to them like a sweet fragrance. It goes with them everywhere, multiplying and spreading God's love. The people who loved these things so live on this way, perhaps forgotten, but not gone. Doing this for them, I believe, is a way of praying for them. A sort of requiem.
