ATR Computers Inc. is located in Flint, Michigan. We have
a local store which offesr a wide range of computer support and networking
services. We provide networking services for area businesses and specialize in the needs of Insurance agencies. Additional services
include web page design and hosting, as well as custom software development.
We sell a wide range of used electronic equipment including laptops, desktops,
printers, monitors, Apple products, and more. All of these used systems are
thoroughly tested by our technicians before being sold in our store or on
Ebay.
STORE POLICIES FOR EBAY PURCHASES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Once
the auction closes, the winner has the responsibility to close the sale with
ATR Computers per the outlined instructions.
The product, price, plus shipping and any applicable sales tax, will be valid
for seven business days once the auction has closed with a winning bid.
Unpaid auctions will be cancelled after seven business days and re-listed.
Placing a bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of
these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those
with excessive negative feedback. Please remember, your bid is a contract.
Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item.
All sales are final. Buyer assumes all risk of liability with respect
to the purchase of the product.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made within 7 days of the close
of the auction. Non paying auction winners will be reported to Ebay.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Per
Ebay's new paperless policy we are moving to a Paypal only system. In rare
cases exceptions will be made but these are on a case by case basis. Any checks
or money orders sent without our consent will be retunred or held for 30 days
until cleared.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We do ship internationally but need payment made by Paypal or in rare circumstances
Bank wire transfer. Shipping is on each auction.
MICHIGAN RESIDENTS: Sales
to Michigan residents are subject to 6% state sales tax.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
We ship UPS ground. They pick up every day at our store at 2:00PM.
Payments received before noon will normally ship that day. UPS will not ship
to PO Boxes. Our shipping costs, especially on large items like laser printers
also includes packaging material costs. You can save the shipping charges
by picking any item you purchase up at our store. Items are not available
instantly, arrangements must be made. In the event that an item is returned
return shipping is the responsibility og the buyer.
RETURN POLICY: Our
warranty and return policy is usually stated in each auction. Please save the
packaging materials that were used to send the item to you and use them to
return any items that need to be returned. If you have had any damage in the
shipment please contact UPS right away and please save the packing material
until UPS comes to inspect the shipment.
