4- What happens if the item is damaged or defective.?

We will replace all damaged and defective items with the same. You may return sealed product for an exchange. Under no circumstances will we refund a CD or DVD that has been opened.

5- Can you declare my item as a gift for customs and declare a lower value? 

Sorry, we are a business and are required to list all items as merchandise. It is illegal to declare a lower value, so we will need to list the actual price you paid. We don't like to pay taxes anymore than you do'but that is the law.

6- What are your shipping charges?

                    USA/Canada customers:

o       $4.00 for the first item. ( some box sets may be higher)

o       $1.00 per item for insurance (optional)

o       UPS Ground and Priority US Post are $6.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional.

7- Is this item a copy or bootleg?

Absolutely not. Everything we sell is new factory stock (unless noted as a used item). Please be aware that some import CDs and DVDs are not sealed when we receive them.  Under no circumstances do we sell copies or bootlegs.

Music DVDs and Import CDs

Looking for import CDs or Music DVDs? We are your source!!! We currently stock over 6000 music DVDs and 29,000 import CDs. While we may carry many mainstream titles, we specialize in those unique and hard to find titles that you just will not find at your local Best Buy or Tower.

Please note that all items are guaranteed free of defect.  We not, however, guarantee you like the music.  Once an item is unwrapped, the only return we will accept is for defective merchandise exchange.  All items we sell are are new stock merchandise. 

Please note that many UK import CDs do not come sealed.

We do not sell copies or bootlegs of any kind!
