Shipping
Charges: Shipping and Insurance charges are based on your
location, these charges are clearly listed on all of our auction
listings. Note: You must be
logged in to your eBay account name in order to view the dynamically
created (actual) shipping charge.
You
will be re-directed to the Spohn Performance check out system which
will display the dynamically created (actual) shipping charge based on
your location. All shipments to the U.S. and Canada will be sent via
UPS. The UPS tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment.
Multiple Items:
Our shopping cart check-out system will combine multiple listings in to
one order and automatically re-calculate the shipping charge as one
single shipment!
APO/FPO:
Shipments to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via US Mail. These
orders may be subject to additional charges over the shipping charges
listed.
International Buyers:
Shipments to destinations other than the U.S. and Canada will ship via
USPS International Express Mail, Schenker USA Air Freight or UPS
depending on package
sizing and weight. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in
the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's
responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight
(shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them
for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values
below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government
regulations prohibit such behavior.
Processing Time:
In stock items ship within 1-3 business days depending on our current
order volume. If you need an item by a certain date please inquire
before placing your order.
We only accept PayPal payments (from verified PayPal accounts).
All
sales shipped inside of PA will be charged 6% sales tax.
No returns will be accepted
after 30 days from the shipment date. We cannot accept returns on parts
that have been used or installed. No returns on non-stocked or special
order items. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be
made. Please call 1-888-365-6064 for a return authorization number. All
returns must be made within 30 days of shipment date, and must be in
original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice or they
will not be honored. There are no refunds on shipping and handling
charges. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid (COD's will be
refused).
