Beautiful designs inspired by our beautiful daughter "Summer Raine", from our family to yours. I am a stay at home mother of 3 wonderful children who recently fell in love with sewing all over again. I started sewing out of a need to provide a better cloth diaper for my youngest daughter "Summer Raine" and found that other parents were in need of the same. I realized I could help provide for my family by providing a great product for other families. And so ~*Summer Smiles*~ was born. We only sell what we ourselves use and you can be assured that the products you purchase from us are of the highest quality in materials and workmanship. About the Sisterhood: The Sisterhood of Amity Artisans was established in 2004 by a group of mothers who, through their love of their children and their shared enjoyment of sewing, formed a deep bond of friendship. Having met at a parenting website, some of our mamas have known each other for over four years. These relationships have grown and blossomed into The Sisterhood of Amity Artisans. We have joined hands and hearts to offer you creative goods for you and those you love. The SOAA offers a wide array of unique quality creations with a strong emphasis on children's apparel. This includes boutique outfits, hand-pieced patchwork clothing, beautiful hand-dyed items and playthings created in the Waldorf tradition.
