Welcome! Thank you for viewing our
"ABOUT ME" Page. The below terms & conditions are designed to facilitate a
smooth transaction between our customers. Please read carefully, e-mail us if
you have any questions.
Shipping
- Packaging & Shipping Your order will
be packaged and shipped promptly after payment is received and verified. A
separate charge for packaging is included in the shipping fee you paid.
- THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE PAID BY
BUYER INCLUDES POSTAGE, PACKAGING, HANDLING, and INSURANCE (domestic
addresses only). Buyer must agree to shipping and handling fees BEFORE placing
the bid.
- Customs Clearance & Import Tax-
Buyers are responsible to determine & pay customs duties and import tax when
applicable. We are not able to estimate customs clearance fees and import
duties.
- Claims for Lost / Delayed Packages
must be made by e-mail to us. For domestic orders, a package is considered
lost if it has not been delivered 3 weeks after shipping date. We are not
responsible for delays due to customs and/or other inspections. Buyer agrees
not to hold seller responsible for any delays in shipping.
- Any goods which are damaged in shipping
must be reported to Velocity Motoring, LLC and the shipping company within
72 hours of receipt. The customer shall wait for further instructions from
Velocity Motoring, LLC and/or shipping prior to shipping back the items. In
no case shall the customer hold Velocity Motoring, LLC responsible for
damages caused by the use of items damaged during shipping.
Payment
- Payment must be received within 10
calendar days after the auction ends. If you have a special circumstance,
please notify us before the ten day period is over. Failure pay within this
period may result in a NPB being filed.
- All returned checks will result in a $20
service charge, and may be referred to a collection agency if remains unpaid.
Returns & Warranty
- Check each auction for its own return
conditions. If return is offered, it can be accepted if product is in
BRAND NEW condition. NO returns for products that have been installed onto
the vehicle.
- Return and exchange conditions are
listed in the ad.
- Because we carry many different items,
warranty will be different depending on the item and its manufacturer. Check
the individual auctions for more warranty details.
- Return / Warranty period begins on
the date you receive your items or one week after we ship the product,
whichever comes first.

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping
of goods. For obvious reasons, no refunds will be given on shipping fee to
or from the buyer. No exceptions.
Disclaimer
- Some products require installation by
TRAINED TECHNICIANS. In no way shall VELOCITY MOTORING LLC be held
liable for any damages in connection to improper installation of the product.
- Some of the items we sell are for
OFF-ROAD ONLY. The customer is responsible for complying with any/all laws
pertaining to the use of the item purchased. In no case shall Velocity
Motoring LLC be held responsible for any misuse of the item.
- IN NO EVENT SHALL VELOCITY MOTORING
LLC, OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE,
INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
RESULTING FROM ANY ACCIDENT, INJURY, DEATH, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, LITIGATION
AND THE LIKE WHETHER BASED ON PRODUCT LIABILITY, BREACH OF CONTRACT,
NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH
DAMAGES. With respect to goods and services purchased from Velocity
Motoring, LLC, Velocity Motoring, LLC's liability is expressly limited to
replacement of defective goods and/or credit.
- The employees, suppliers, agents,
licensors, or contractors of Velocity Motoring LLC do not have the authority
to verbally amend any of the above disclaimers, limitations of liability, or
to add any warranties.
