It sometimes gets hard to find time to find out information for everybody, and with everything that I have going, it gets hard to remember all of my customers and what we previously talked about. If you are continuing contact, please try to either reply with history, or include something of what we previously talked about.
email policy: If you send me an email, make sure it has something in the subject line about ebay item number: #### or product xxxxxx because I do get a TON of junk mail, and it is hard to go through everything. Basically if it doesn't look like it is from someone I know or someone from eBay, I delete it without even opening it. Sorry, but today there are email tracking programs that use HTML graphics and if you even open the email, they know you read it and they will send you more. If you are sending me email, either use the ebay ask button or reply to one of ebays notifications or reply to my answer to your questions directly, that way, it will already have the ebay item number on it and everything.
Return Policy: I will gladly accept returns under these conditions. The product is returned with all of the parts included. If any part is missing, that amount will be figured out by me and deducted from your refund. If any part was missing when you received the product, you should contact me to let me know. Returns on defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced with the same product. If the product is returned as defective, and is not defective, you will follow the refund policy.
Refunds: Refunds on non defective merchandise will be given in the amount of 80% of the sale price. I have to do this because I have already paid fees associated with this sale, plus I cannot sell this product as new anymore. Shipping costs and other services cannot be refunded because this money is money already spent.
Feedback: Feedback is usually given to you as soon as you pay for the item. Most of my listings now are instant payment required, so my feedback for you will be "instant payment, thank you". I do my best to satisfy the customer and help you troubleshoot products to get them working, if you do not ask me for help then I cannot give it to you. Negative feedback should never be given without trying to resolve the situation.
Shipping: Products paid for by PayPal will be shipped to the current PayPal address on file. If you would like your product to go to a different address, please either change your PayPal address or notify me BEFORE placing the order. I try to process my orders as quickly as possible, and there is a chance that I will process your order before the next email you send to me. Please, if you have any questions, ask before making the purchase.
