We at PWT Custom Cycle strive to make quality custom components for your V-Twin motorcycle.
With our combined 60+ years of riding and manufacturing experience, we have seen our share of cheap motorcycle accessories. Parts that are poorly cast or punched. Parts that won't fit right without modification. Chrome that peels off in the first 6 months, etc. Or Quality products that are marked up 200-300% over manufacturing costs.
That is why we set out to provide top quality AMERICAN MADE components for american made rides, at Reasonable prices.
We start with aircraft grade billet aluminum, CNC turn our blanks to exacting tolerances, ensuring uniform sizing and flatness within.005"(NO LEAKS!). Then the pieces are sent to our CNC mill department where they are adorned with our programers art work. Pieces are run, and inspected on an indiviual basis. No mass producing here. This ensures the quality of every piece, not just a "large majority" of parts run.
Finally, we leave the polishing and plating to the professionals. We have tried several different companies for this finishing process, and gone with the company that is providing us with the HIGHEST QUALITY, not the lowest price.
The end result is a high quality, 100% american made, affordable, custom component for your ride.
