Consumer Electronics Shipping Policy
We will ship your in-stock order within 24 hours of payment verification.
We will ship your order via UPS/FedEx and e-mail you with a tracking number the day after it ships
We will ship to all 50 States. Orders placed Monday thru Thursday will be processed the following day. Orders received Friday thru Sunday will be processed on Monday (excluding Holidays). Depending on the size and weight of your purchase, we will ship via the most dependable and cost-effective mode of transport for your purchase. We ship via FedEx and UPS [we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses]. 42" and larger televisions and larger items will be delivered at the curb and it will be your responsibility to bring the item in your home. Importantly, we ONLY ship to the exact Bill-To address that is on the card used in the purchase. Any order that has a different ship-to, bill-to address will be canceled if it cannot be corrected.
We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered. Errors or omissions in descriptive, typographic, pricing and/or photographic representation are subject to correction. We reserve the right to modify this site's content at any time.
Consumer Electronics Return Policy:
Holiday Return Policy: At The E Warehouse we understand that many of the items we sell will be purchased as gifts. While the consumer electronics industry changes quickly and manufacturers limit our window to return unwanted goods we always try to keep the customer in mind. For this reason we are extending our return period for UNOPENED products purchased online before December 25th. You will have until January 8th 2009 (14 days after December 25th) to request a RA to return an UNOPENED item for an exchange for something else or a refund of the unit price. If an item is opened (factory seal is broken) we will not be able to except the return. If there is a problem with the product the manufacture will be responsible for correcting it.
Damaged Product: If your order arrives damaged please contacts us immediately. We will contact the shipping service and file the damaged shipment claim. We will have the package picked up and arrange for a new unit to be shipped.
Defective Product: If the product is found to be defective within the first fourteen [14] days after receipt of delivery you may return the merchandise for an exchange. You must return the defective product within 14 days of RA number being issued and, include original box, packaging and all accessories.
Open Non-Defective Product: To return an open, Non-Defective product you must request a RA number within fourteen [14] days of delivery receipt. ALL RETURNS will be charged a minimum of a 15% restocking fee and must be accompanied with a valid RA number. All packaging and accessories must be included and in tact to be eligible for return. The value of any missing parts or packaging will be deducted from the refund. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Unopened Product: If the product is unopened you may request a RA number within fourteen [14] days of delivery receipt. With a valid RA number you can return the product for and exchange or refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Obtaining RA Number: To obtain a valid RA number please email support@iful.com and include your order number, description of the problem and your contact information. You will be emailed your RA number with complete return instructions with 72 hours. Once the RA number is issued you must return the product within fourteen [14] days or the RA number will expire and shipment will be refused. All returns without valid RA numbers will be refused.
