We at Shaka's are also very concerned about environmental issues.  Shaka's Boardshop is a member of The Sierra Club, an environmental organization that assist with programs effecting our world.  Global warming, deforestation, overpopulation, and coastal preservation are issues that effect all of us.  We vow to donate $1 from every sale per year to The Sierra Club to help preserve our environment for future generations.  So next time you are up on the mountain, out in the lineup at your local beachbreak, or skating your usual spots, take a minute to think "green".  

PAYMENTS, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS:

Shaka's prefers using Paypal for our listings.  Paypal is secure and fast, and you can use any major credit card!  Paypal allows us to process your winning bids faster so we can get your items shipped faster.  We also accept personal checks and money orders.  If you live outside the United States, we require payment in US dollars only.  Funds from personal checks and money orders will have to clear the bank before we can ship out items.  This can take 3 to 5 business days for U.S. customers, and 2 to 4 weeks for foreign customers.

We ship our items with The United Postal Service.  We have found their service to be the fastest, cheapest, and most reliable way to get your items to you.  Most of our items give you two shipping options: Parcel Post and Priority Mail.  Parcel post is cheaper for you, but shipping time is generally 2 to 9 days.  Priority mail is a bit more expensive, but shipping time is cut to 2 to 4 days.  We always provide insurance on our items in case of loss or shipping damage at no additional cost to the customer.  On our more expensive items, we also require that someone signs for the delivery.  Foreign Customers:  We offer shipping to foreign customers on most items.  Please check the item descriptions carefully for ship to destinations and cost.

Shaka's also has a 7 day money back return policy.  If you need to return an item to us for any reason, please email us within  7 days of receiving your item so we can work out a return.  Buyers will be responsible for return postage and handling fees, and used equipment voids our money back policy.  Shaka's reserves the right to inspect returned items for use before sending money back to customers.
