We are not responsible for package lost due to incorrect ship-to address

Once
you complete the checkout, you will not be able to combine additional
auctions. Therefore please take advantage with Marketworks
checkout and save $2.50 for each additional item. This is the only
available for customers who uses Marketworks for checkout. No exceptions.
We
only ship to shipping address that you input during Marketworks
checkout. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
If
the item weigh more than 2 pounds, our default shipping method is UPS
ground service. There is a extra charge if you choose USPS.
All
items are normally shipped within1-2 business days after payment is
received. Please note no shipping on weekends or federal holidays. Check
may take longer since it has to clear the bank first before the order
is processed.
When shipment is completed, we will send email notification to all our
customers including tracking number for your order. Transit time will
usually be 3-5 days but not guaranteed.
All orders can be tracked from the link provided in the shipment confirmation
email.

All sales are final after 7 days from receiving. If you receive
damage, defective or wrong item(s), please contact us within 7
days.
15% restocking fee applies on all Non-Defective Return for Credit
Only.
Shipping & Handling cost is non-refundable.
Any presumed defective item must obtain an RMA # before return.
Returned item will be tested. If item is to be found defective,
a replacement will be shipped immediately but no refund will be
given.
The return items must be packed sturdily with the manufacturer
packaging and accessories.
TopiCool is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Since we
are not the manufacturer we split the shipping cost with the customer.
The customer pays for shipping to TopiCool and TopiCool pays for
the shipping back to you. (Similar to a walk-in store, Wal-Mart
will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective
item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for
your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either.
However, TopiCool will use every good measure we have to ensure
that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as
little hassle as possible.) |
