Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Vacland.
We have been in the Vacuum Cleaner and Floorcare business for over 30 years. We started as a local vacuum cleaner dealer, and have grown to one of the largest vacuum cleaner distributors in the United States.
We buy directly from manufacturers, so anything you purchase from us is new, and a genuine product. We have manufacturer model lookup, so we can make sure you get all the right parts for your model.
We are Factory Authorized Warranty Center for Dyson, Miele, Eureka, Electrolux, Sanitaire, Hoover, Bissell, Dirt Devil, and Royal. In the rare case you have a defective part or machine we can handle the repair or replacement.
SHIPPING
When bidding on any item on EBAY, please check the shipping and handling charges! For an example, I was looking at an item that weighed a maximum of 10 pounds and was being shipped from a state next to me. It was a regular household item, no special shipping, just regular UPS ground. The item listed for $4.99, but the shipping was $16.50. In our opinion, that is masking the true cost of an item. We ship UPS everyday, on average 75 packages. I know it wouldn't cost over $8.00 to ship that item. So please aware of the TOTAL (including shipping) price you will have to pay for an item on Ebay.
Vacland uses the UPS calculator in our auctions. So before you even place a bid, you know how much the shipping would be. Straight forward and honest.

Coins, Metals, and Related Items
Besides Vacland we also have a section in our retail store dedicated to coins, medals, metals, paper money, and other related items. We are United States Mint Dealer,
Basically we just buy, sell, and trade with people that come into our retail store. People bring in all kinds of stuff they want to sell. Coins, paper money, medals, flatware, etc.
The coins, medals, and other related items we have on Ebay are usually overstock, or unique items that people might like to purchase for gifts or collecting. We would rather try and sell a silver medal or flatware to someone who would appreciate the artwork, than just the send it away to have it melted down.

Before bidding...
Except for certified coins (PCGS, NGC, ANACS), all sales are final. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will answer any questions you might have. We will also take more pictures of an item if you ask us. We will also describe all items to the best of our ability. If you are unsure, please do not bid or purchase items.
Shipping
Items under $100.00 in value will be shipped United Parcel Service, and an Adult Signature will be required. Items valued over $100.00 will be shipped via United States Postal Service, Certified Mail, and insured to the purchase value. Again, it must be signed for. The buyer pays for all the shipping costs, unless the item listing states otherwise.
Payment
The listing will say what payment terms are accepted for that item.
Returns
We want you to be happy with anything you buy from us. We allow returns only on certified coins by PCGS, NGC, and ANACS. Coins must be returned within 10 days, and the buyer pays the shipping costs. Insure all packages. Buyer is responsible for uninsured lost items.
Giftware
Our family also owns a Hallmark and florist store. From time to time overstock and other items from there, we sell here on Ebay. Most items will be "retired" or items that the gift manufacturers no longer make. All giftware items are shipped through Vacland. Each auction will have the details particular to that specific item.
