following for more information on how to proceed.
15 Day Return
Policy: If for any reason this product
is not received in satisfactory condition, we will
replace the product free of charge or will issue a
merchandise credit for the cost of the item (not
including shipping and handling charges)
All items returned to us as
a change of mind/unwanted item must be shipped
back to us at the customer's expense. A Return
Authorization Number (RAN) must be issued by our
returns department before any returns will be
accepted. A restocking fee will be assessed for
these returns at a rate of 15% of
the purchase price. Refunds are credited after
subtracting the restocking fee.
Damaged
Items: Any item received damaged
during shipping will be replaced free of charge.
We will file a claim for the damaged item and the
carrier will schedule an appointment to inspect
the item and retrieve it. Credits will be issued
within 1 week of the original claim. Please
inspect your package immediately prior to
accepting delivery.
We must be notified of a
customer’s intent to return an item, for any
reason, within 14 days of the purchase or the
transaction will be considered a final sale and
non-returnable.
To send a product back for
exchange/refund, you will take RAN (Return
Authorization Number). Please contact us
for RAN.
Packing and Sending
Your Return You can pack and send
your return to us in just a few simple steps.
1. E-mail
us or Contact Customer Service at (832)
752-4212 to obtain a RAN number and
shipping label.
2. Pack the
items in the original boxes together with the
original packing slip (receipt).
3. Write
the RAN no. that was given to you outside the
shipping box for identification. Items without RAN
will not be issued any replacements.
4. Mail the
package back to our corporate address. The buyer
is responsible for the any return shipping cost
incidental to the exchange.
5. Please
note that return mailing labels obtained from us
are valid for domestic returns only. In addition,
if you use a mailing label provided by our
Customer Service and your return is not the result
of our error, the shipping cost of that returned
item will be deducted from your refund.
