Our items are in stock and ready to be sent out within 24 hours after we receive payment. We ship via USPS to insure that our customers packages are received in good condition.
We provide customer service even after you have received your item in case you need assistance/guidance with the product.
We keep in contact with our customers via automated emails telling you when you have won the auction, when your item has been shipped and tracking information.
Our prices are consistently low, because we purchase in high volume and bulk. We also provide a warranty on all of our items to give time for you to receive your product and test it.
As our feedback scores show, we have a standing commitment to our buyers and go out of our way to insure their happiness with the products they purchase from us. Negative feedback sometimes occurs when there is a miscommunication or a customer jumps to conclusion. Our goal is to avoid that and deal with our customers concerns. We are commited eBay sellers and are not here to commit any sort of fraud.

Bidding, Winning and Paying:
1. I bid on an item, was my bid accepted?
>Log onto 'my ebay' and click the bidding tab. Any items you are bidding on will show up as 'Items I'm bidding on'
2. What do I do if I won?
>Follow eBay checkout. It will give you instructions regarding payment.
3.What sort of payment do you accept?
>We only accept Paypal and Money Order. We cannot accept Credit Cards
or personal checks under any circumstances.
4.Did you receive my Paypal payment?
>Log onto your Paypal account and click History. If payment to us shows up,
you did pay, if not, then you did not. Please note that sometimes there is a
delay while funds clear.
