Expedited shipping
We offer various expedited shipping methods to nearly
everywhere in the world. When you are checking out, you will be presented
with a number of shipping options:
Budget Shipping (All Areas): When
applicable, this is the cheapest but slowest shipping method. Delivery times
are estimates and are not guaranteed, but average 10-14 days to
the U.S., and 14-28 days for international shipments).
Standard Shipping (All Areas): Your
order will be processed and shipped with expedited handling & average shipping
speed. Standard shipping delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, but average 5-9 days for shipments to the US, and 7-21 days for international
shipments.
Priority Airmail (All Areas): Your
order will be given priority processing and is guaranteed to arrive
2-4 days after shipping to the U.S., and 3-4 days for international shipments.
UPS Express (Domestic US): Your order
will be given priority processing and is guaranteed to arrive 1-2
days after shipping.
Giftwrapping
Giftwrapping services are available for all orders shipped to the Continental United States. Services include:
- The order will be sent directly to recipient you choose, professionally giftwrapped
- A personal note to recipient will included on packing if you wish (Just enter your message in the "Special Instructions" section when checking out)
- The order slip will not show any prices paid, and recipient will also receive bonus coupons in the package!
 General Shipping & Handling
The shipping price of your item consists of two parts"
Shipping: Found under the "Shipping" section of the eBay listing
Handling: Our current handling fee is:
$0.00 for orders shipped to the continental USA and
$0.00 for orders shipped everywhere else in the world
Please remember that we charge actual, or in many cases below-actual shipping charges or free shipping. Our flat handling fee covers the cost of boxes, bubble mailers, packing peanuts, tape, paper, gasoline, and everything else which ensures ensures
that you receive your order in nothing less than stellar condition. It is charged once per order, no matter how many items are purchased.
 Returns
We have a general 30-day return policy for most of our items, although there are exceptions. For our full return policy click here.
* Note: This 30-day return window is extended until January 15th for any purchase from us during the holiday season (November 1st through December 31st)
 Combining Shipping
Our combined shipping policy is simple: We charge the full
shipping price for the first item you purchase, and then deduct $2.00 from
each additional item's individual shipping price. (For international
orders, we subtract $4.00 from the shipping price of each additional item).
For example, if you live in the continental US and
buy a video game with a shipping cost of $4.00, and a cable with a shipping
cost of $4.00, your combined shipping cost will be $6.00 ($4.00 + $4.00
- $2.00) Note: there is no combined shipping discount for items that have
a shipping cost of $2.00 or less to begin with ($4.00 or less for international
items)
To combine shipping, please wait until you have won
all of your auctions. When you go to checkout, please click the "Pay Now"
button, where you will be redirected to our Marketworks checkout system
and your shipping will be reduced automatically! There is no need to request
combined shipping, as it will be done for you automatically in the system.
You can combine shipping on auctions as far apart as 7 days.
 Transit Time
Your transit time depends upon which shipping option you choose during the checkout process. Expedited shipping is available for nearly every single item. The average processing time is approximately 24 hours for
in stock items
Your tracking number and all other notifications
from us will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout
process - make sure you are checking the correct email address!
To
make sure you receive all correspondence from us, please add support@vpgames.com to your Safe Senders list. If you have
not received your shipping notification after 48 hours since your payment
has cleared (excluding weekends and holidays), please check your Spam/Bulk
Mail folders, as sometimes our shipping notifications will be caught in
your email filters.
Please choose
your shipping option carefully and take note of the expected delivery time
for each one. Please do not email us regarding your order unless it
has exceeded the expected delivery time for your chosen level of service
(6-10 days for Standard Shipping to the US, 7-25 days for International
Standard Shipping, Expedited delivery times vary depending on service selected).
If your wait has in fact exceeded the estimated delivery time, please email support@vpgames.com so we can look into the situation for you.
 Payment
You will automatically be notified as soon as your
payment has been received and cleared. If you have not yet received this
email, (please check the email address you have registered with eBay for
this email) then we have not received your payment. Please click here to complete the checkout process.
If you are sending payment in the mail, please be
sure that you still complete the checkout process. The address to send payment
to will be given only after you have completed checkout, and received a
9 digit order number. Also, please be sure to include this 9 digit order
number with your payment, otherwise it is very difficult for us to process
your order! It is also wise to get delivery confirmation when sending your
payment, as we cannot be responsible if your payment is lost in the mail.

We accept Paypal, Check, Cashier's Checks, and Money
Orders in US funds only. If you would like to pay by credit card, you may
do so through Paypal. If you would like to use a credit card not associated
with Paypal, you may do so on orders placed directly through our website, vpgames.com, but not through Ebay. This is eBay's rule and not
ours. At this time we do not accept orders over the phone.
Error messages
It may take a few moments for the system to recognize
your purchase. In the event that this happens to you, simply wait a half
hour and try again. In the rare event that you keep having trouble paying
for an item, you can click here. Just enter your information, (make sure you
enter the correct email address), and you should be able to pay for your
items with no problem. If for some reason you still continue to have trouble,
please send an email to
support@vpgames.com
with the following information:
Your paypal email address
All of the item numbers for the Ebay items
you purchased
We will then send you a direct invoice through paypal
for you to make payment.
Bulk Orders
If you are already the winner of en ebay auction,
but you would like more of a particular item, you will be able to change
the quantity of your desired item(s) during checkout. Simply click the pay
now link, and complete the checkout process. During this process, you will
have the opportunity to add more of this item, or any other items to your
shopping cart
If you are not the winner of an ebay auction, and
are looking ten or less of a particlar item, you can simply visit our online
store at:

From here, you will be able to select the item or
items you are interested in, and then adjust the quantity as necessary.
Your shipping price will reduce automatically when you go to checkout.
If you would like more than ten of a particular item,
we are more than happy to get you huge bulk discounts for large quantities!
Simply let us know which item(s) you are interested in, and we will create
a custom eBay listing for you! We send you the custom link, you follow the
links and make payment, we send your packages, you receive a great deal,
and everyone is happy!

Changing Addresses
Because our items are shipped so quickly after receiving
payment, it is very difficult to change an address once it has been entered
in our system, though not impossible. Please note that Paypal can sometimes
make you think your item was sent to the address you have on file, but the
only delivery address that matters is the one you entered during checkout.
If you have not received a notice that your order
has shipped yet, and you are still concerned that your order will ship to
the wrong address, please send an email to support@vpgames.com with
your 9 digit order number so we can try to correct it in time, though with
our quick shipping time please understand that this is extremely difficult
to do.
If your order is returned to us marked "Undeliverable
as Addressed," we will contact you. We will then either refund your money
minus a 20% restocking fee, or re-ship your order to a new address after
a 20% service fee has been paid.
Canceling Bids
It is important to remember that when you place a
bid on one of our items, you enter into a contract. We understand, however,
that mistakes do happen. If the auction has not yet ended, eBay allows you
to cancel your bid on an auction provided there are more than 12 hours left
before the auction is set to end. See "Canceling Your Bid" under eBay's
Help Section.
If the auction has ended and you are the winner, or
if you have agreed to purchase an item at a Buy It Now price, then it is
too late to cancel through eBay. However, we can manually cancel an auction
you have won, our current fee is $4 per $100 worth of merchandise purchased.
If you need to cancel with us, please email us at support@vpgames.com with your PayPal email address, and the eBay item number(s) you need to
cancel.
