History/background
I began selling on eBay over 8 years ago while working as a Certified Apple Macintosh Technician. I've been an auction junkie for almost 20 years, and I've been selling on eBay full-time for over a year now. I've been able to take advantage of the great technology that's now available so I can constantly be on the lookout for great deals without being tied to an office. These days my ''office'' is wherever I am, and it allows me to provide a level of service that was not possible without a large staff just a few short years ago. Being a geek definitely has its advantages!
Payment policy
I prefer PayPal for most items unless you'll be picking it up locally, in which case cash is king. If you're not paying via PayPal, please contact me for authorization before bidding or buying. You can now pay with Credit Cards through PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account.
Shipping information
Most items ship via DHL. I am fanatical about safe packaging and have not had a single item damaged in transit since I switched to DHL. Some smaller or low-cost items may ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please be sure your address is confirmed through PayPal. I keep a large inventory of packing materials and ship same-day if payment is made by noon on a weekday almost 100% of the time. If your purchase is unexpected (usually a Buy it Now before the end of the auction) I may need an extra day if I'm on the road and have no other shipments going out that day. If I do not have the proper materials to ship an item or need extra time to prepare it (usually for large or irregular items), I will mention that in the listing.
Return policy
Unless otherwise noted in the description, items are sold as-is. I pride myself on ''Brutally Honest Descriptions'', and will accept returns even on as-is items if I have not accurately described them. All returns must be made promptly and you must contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item if there is a problem unless a longer period is specified in the listing.

I'm the most ''wired'' person I know, so if you contact me through eBay's message system I should get back to you very quickly anytime between 9 am and 10 pm Eastern Time. When I ship your item, I will do a Contact Information Request through eBay to get your phone number for the DHL shipment. When I do, you'll receive an e-mail from eBay with my address and cell phone number. |
