About Us

X3 racing is a company specialize on auto parts since 2002.  We always ensure the best quality on the item and the best customer services.  Feel free to call us if you have any questions, and our customer service team will be happy to answer your question and give you the best purchasing experience.  We have a 30,000 ft warehouse located in City of Industry, California, and we carry car parts in various categories, for instance, tail lights, L.E.D. tail lights, crystal headlights, projector headlights, headers, cat-back exhaust, muffler exhaust, intake kit, racing seats, racing steering wheels and car accessories, etc.  We are sure we will have something for your car in very reasonable price.


About X-Tune
We have been working on the auto lightings market for years, and recently, we have establish a separate branch, X-Tune, which is a new department focuses on tuning parts development.  We will continue working on developing new products and let all racers "experience the speed".

Payment Detail
We accept the following paypal method:
- Paypal
- Money order / Cashier's Check
- Personal Check (we will hold personal check for 10 business days until it is clear)

 Important Notes

  • We will have to hold personal checks for 10-12 days.  The reason is that we need to make sure the check has cleared and no charge back before we ship the item. 
  • Please include the item number, which located at the right hand corner of your auction, with your payment.  All payments without item numbers cannot be matched with the auction; thus, we need to hold the payment until customer contact us.

    ** Information you should include with your payment **
    - Your Full Name
    - Your Full and Correct Address (Make sure address is clear and read-able)
    - Item number
    - Phone num (Post office requires us to include customer's phone number if customers are located at Canada or foreign countries)
  • Please make sure you include the correct amount when you make the payment.  All payments with insufficient fee will be put on hold until all payment is collected.

    ** How to check if payment is sufficient **
    - The total will be: Item Price + Shipping and handling  + Shipping insurance
    - Shipping and handling is varied depending on location, please make sure you read our shipping and handling information. 
    - S/H to U.S. Domestic will be the regular shipping listed at the top of the auction.
    - S/H to Canada is listed at the bottom of the ads under "Shipping and payment details", please email us if you have any questions
    - S/H to PO Box, APO, FPO, HI, AK, PR, GU, VI & other countries is different than regular shipping and handling, please email us for more detail.
  • We are not responsible for any delay caused by missing item number on payment or insufficient fee.

Shipping Detail
* For mid-size to large size items, we use FedEx international Econony, an express service which takes 2-3 days delivery to Canada, and 3-5 days to other countries.  The service also includes brokerage fees (clearing custom), but buyers are responsible for duties, Canada GST and or local PST
** Handling charge is already included on the above shipping price
*** Insurance is optional.  If customers purchased the insurance, we will guarantee to pay for the return shipping fee if item is defective upon arrival, and we will process the exchange once the item gets to our warehouse.  If insurance is not purchased, we have to wait for Fed Ex claim is approved so that we can exchange item for customers, and customers are responsible for return shipping fee.

8.25 % sale tax is applied/required to all California shipment

Payment is required within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be relisted, and an unpaid item strike will be filed.

  • Courier company: Fed Ex or USPS (depending on location and item size).  Tracking num will be provided in most cases, except small shipment with USPS airmail to foreign countries. 
  • We will ship mid-size or large-size items with Fed Ex to U.S. domestic areas and Canada.  Buyers outside U.S. are responsible for any brokerage's fee charged by Fed Ex.
  • We will ship small-size items with USPS.  If you are located in HI, AK, PR, GU, VI or foreign countries, or you want the item to be sent to PO box, APO or FPO addresses, we have to ship it with USPS regardless the item size, and extra shipping and handling fee will be charged for above areas.
  • We will ship items to foreign countries and Canada, with Fed Ex International Express service, which is a 3-5 days delivery, and no brokerage fee will be charged on the customer.     
  • If you are interested in multiple items from our other auctions.  Feel free to email us about combine shipping and handling fee.

Return and Exchange Policy

Once the auction ends, we will send the winning bidder an email to the bidder's ebay registered email address (please make sure your email address is working).  Simply follow the instruction there, you will be guided step to step through the checkout process.  You might also want to print out the invoice for your reference.  If you have any question regarding the checkout, please email us thru ebay "ask seller a question" link, which is the most secure way to communicate on ebay.

Payment Issues
-
We accept the following payment methods: Paypal (process day is 2-3 business days), Money order and Cashier's check and personal check (holds 7~10 days)
- Canada and international buyers could only pay with paypal or international money order in USD
- Payment expected within 7 days after auction ends. Product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days. 
- Insufficient amount or information will delay the process of the order.  Please read the invoice carefully.

Transit time
- Orders will be processed within 48hours after sufficient payment is received. Orders  from Saturdays, Sundays and, or holidays will be processed on  the next business day. Items will be shipped out within 2 days once they are processed.  The common transit time varies from 3-14 days, depends on the buyer's shipping address (We are shipping from zip code 91748).

Damaged item, Wrong item Issues

- If you received a damaged or broken item, please email us immediately so that we can help you to get the perfect item at once.  We will help you step by step for the exchange process.  Customers are required to fill out a return form on our web site in order for us to collect the information, and our return department will contact you within 48 hours.  It might be necessary for us to look at the item you received in order to process the return, so digital pictures might be required for some cases.

If customer purchases the optional insurance, we will send a pre-paid Fed Ex return shipping label to the customer, and he/she can take the item to the Fed Ex drop off location to return the item to us.  Once the item is back to our warehouse, we will exchange the perfect item to the customer and we will pay for the reshipping fee as well.  Therefore, for customers who purchased the insurance, they are guarantee to get the perfect item even the product is broken during the shipping process.

If customer do not purchase the insurance, and in case the item is broken upon arrival, customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us; on the other hand, we will pay for the shipping fee to reship the item; however, we will reship the item after Fed Ex approved for the damage claim, and Fed Ex claim process usually takes 1-2 weeks.

If customer found that the item is an incorrect item or some parts are missing, please contact us immediately.  Please keep the box and the label because we might need some reference num or box size to determine if the item is incorrect or not.  We might also require some digital picture to see if the item is incorrect or not.  We will be responsible for return shipping and reshipping fee if we make the mistake.

If customer believes that the item does not fit your car, we highly recommended our customer to go to professional installation or get more information about how the item does not fit.  We might need some pictures to prove to us how the item does not fit.  If there is enough proof that the item does not fit your vehicle, we will be responsible for the return shipping fee and full refund will be issued to the buyer.

Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.

All sales are final, and no exchange for customers who bided on the wrong items.  Please read all description carefully and ask any questions before placing your bid.  Please inspect all of your items immediately upon arrival.  We reserve the rights to determine if an item is defective and/or sent incorrectly.  In order to file for a "defective" item, you MUST submit a digital photo and proof of professional installation along with your application.  All buyers are responsible for return shipping fee.

Lost / Damaged in transit items: Please allow 7 business days for carriers to process claim. We will only reship when we have received confirmation of approval from carrier.

Technical Support
We are not professional mechanics and we only offer limited technical assistances at this time. We cannot offer advices on installation or modification unless we are 100% sure about the answer.  We highly recommended professional install for all items.  We post all of the information the manufacturer provides us with for your convenience.  On some occasions, we might contact the manufacturer for additional information to help you with the products.

All auction sales are final. We can only issue an exchange for the following reasons: Defected Item or wrong Item Shipped.  Buyer may request money back (less shipping) if you are not satisfy with our product. Refund will be sent out after product is return and inspected. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance under any circumstance. All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case.

Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-6pm Pacific time. We do not answer emails, process orders or send items on weekends and holidays.

Please read everything carefully before you place a bid. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any question about anything of our product. By placing a bid, you have agreed to everything listed whether you read it or not.
