Shipping / Combined Shipping:
Shipping is no more than $5 no matter how much you buy! Includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO / FPO and Canada.
USA orders under 13 ounces will ship by first class mail and orders over 13 ounces will ship by Priority mail.
Canadian shipping is by First Class Mail International for orders under 4 pounds and by Priority Mail International for orders over 4 pounds.
In order to receive the shipping charges above you must make one payment for all your purchases. If eBay checkout does not automatically combine your items or shows you a higher shipping charge you will need to send us a e-mail through the eBay message system requesting a combined total so we can combine your purchases with the correct shipping charge before you pay. If you make separate payments you will be charged a shipping charge with each payment and your purchases will not be combined into one shipment.

Positive feedback for your purchase will be left only after positive feedback is left for us.
10 Day No Hassle Return Policy:
If you want to return your item for any reason within 10 days of delivery simply send us a e-mail requesting an RMA number along with an explanation of why you want to return the item and your order number. We will usually issue an RMA number to you and provide instructions on how to return the item in 1-2 days.
Once we receive the item, you will receive a full refund for your purchase price and the original shipping charge. You will have to pay the cost of returning the product to us.
Any item you return must be received in the same condition that it was shipped to you in and include all accessories, manuals, software, etc. that came with the product.
This policy does not apply to auctions that are listed "as-is", with no warranty or that include only a DOA warranty. Please be sure to check the item description to verify there is not another warranty (or lack of one) listed.
Wrong Item:
If you believe the wrong item was sent to you please send us a e-mail describing the item you were sent along with your eBay item number or sale receipt number.
If we shipped you the incorrect item your return shipping cost by First class or Priority mail will be refunded to you. Your return shipping cost will not be refunded if you use Express mail or any carrier other than the US postal service.
Once we have received the incorrect item the correct item will be shipped to you and your refund will be issued.
Delivery Guarantee:
We guarantee that your order will arrive intact and free of damage. If your shipment is lost or anything is damaged please contact us and will take care of it right away. You will have to fill out, sign and return a short form if we need to file a insurance claim on the order.
90 Day Warranty
All items unless they are sold "As-is", DOA only warranty or other warranty stated in the listing, come with a 90 day warranty.
If your item fails during this time, please send us an e-mail describing the problem. We will try to work with you to solve the problem. If the problem persists, we will issue an RMA number to you and provide you with return instructions.
Once we receive the item it will be inspected and tested to verify it's condition. If the item is defective we will replace it if another one is available. If no replacement is available we will issue a refund for your original payment (including the shipping charge). In both cases you will receive a refund for your return shipping cost by US Postal Service First Class mail, Priority mail or Parcel post (actual postage only). Your return shipping cost will not be refunded if you use Express mail or any carrier other than the US postal service.
If the item is not defective, you will receive a refund for your original purchase price and none of the shipping charges will be refunded.
