We appreciate you taking the time to read our ABOUT ME page! This will give you some general information about how we conduct our business on ebay. I began buying on ebay in 2002 and became a seller soon after. For the most part I've had positive experiences. I try to devote as much time as I can to the ebay side of my business. I also work full-time running our local contract cleaning service and janitorial supply. My future plans include a much larger presence on ebay with more store categories and more products to choose from.
Our Products:
We source our products from Wholesalers, Overstocked Retailers, Liquidations, e.t.c. Any product we can purchase at a fair price and provide a good value to our customers is something you might find at Clean-Up Services. Check back often for new listings.
Payments:
All payments are accepted thru PayPal. Please pay for all auctions or store purchases within 5 days ( unless other arrangements have been made with us ). If payment is not received we will have to file a non-paying bidder report with ebay. We have to do this in order for us to receive our seller fee's back from ebay.

If you have any questions about our products, just contact us thru ebay messages and we will try to answer as quickly as possible. Please allow 24-48 hrs.
Shipping and Handling:
We only ship to the UNITED STATES.
Shipping charges are stated in each listing, we will combine shipping whenever possible, please inquire before you purchase and we will give you an exact shipping amount.
Some items cannot ship to ALASKA or HAIWAII, please inquire before purchasing from these states.
We ship all packages via Fedex Ground or the United States Postal Service, whichever works best for the item being shipped.
Fedex Ground requires a physical street address, if you have a po box, please inquire to see if your order can be shipped to a po box.
We can't ship using someone elses Fedex account number.
Tracking numbers (Fedex) or delivery confirmation numbers (USPS) can be emailed upon request.
We NO longer offer local pick-up.
We pack and ship all our items ourselves from our midwest location within 3-5 business days of cleared payment. You can usually expect your order within 7-10 business days.

Problems with order:
If you have any problems with your order, please let us know and we can work together to resolve the situation.
Return Policy:
All items may be returned within 7 days from the date you receive your order. A full refund will be given minus shipping charges. Items must be in saleable condition.
