Refunds:

If you need to return an item for an exchange or refund, email us first at kidallstar.com. We will provide a refund based on the following guidelines:

1.  Size didn't work - we will provide a refund of the original sales price minus a 5% restocking fee (this covers part of our eBay fees).

2.  Wrong Item Shipped - if you want a refund for an item which was sent in error (wrong item/size), we'll happily make it right. You can return the item and we will refund your entire payment plus the cost to return the item.  Please see the exchange section for how to handle exchanging wrong items sent.

3.  Flawed item - in the case where an item is defective (which is extremely rare as we check everything when it ships), then you can return the defective item and we will ship out a new one and reimburse your shipping costs.
