International Shipping Charges and Return and Exchange Policy

For Canadian rates, please see any listing. We also now ship via Global Priority Mail to the following countries at the following rates (except for heavier items such as coats or gift sets - pls email us for a quote on those):

Exchanges:


 Items can be sent back for a different size as long as the tags have not been removed and we have availability in the other size.  Please email us first to confirm you need to exchange an item.  You will also need to pay for the return shipment of the new item.  This cost depends on the item and we will provide that info upon request.  If we sent you the wrong item, we will send out the correct one with a postage-paid envelope for you to return the original one.

Refunds:

We will provide a refund based on the following rules:

1.  Size didn't work - we will provide a refund of the original sales price minus a 10% restocking fee (basically covers half the eBay fees).

2.  Wrong Item Shipped - if you want a refund for an item which was sent in error (wrong item/size), you can return the item and we will refund your entire payment plus the cost to return the item.  Please see the exchange section for how to handle exchanging wrong items sent.

3.  Flawed item - in the case where an item is defective (which is extremely rare as we check everything when it ships), then you can return the defective item and we will ship out a new one and reimburse your shipping costs.
