• I accept international bidders/buyers and ship worldwide, excluding Italy. All bidders must have a working e-mail address!! No excuses!!
• I accept PAYPAL (in U.S. funds ONLY). That's it, the end, no exceptions. • Payment is due within 7 (count them, 7!) days. If payment is not received within this time frame, I will file a non-paying case with ebaY, the item will be relisted, and negative feedback will be left for the (lack of) transaction. PLEASE DO NOT BID/BUY IF YOU CAN'T OR WON'T PAY. ALL NON PAYING BIDDERS WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BIDDING ON ANY FUTURE LISTINGS! 
• I go to the post office once a week (Monday). Buyer pays all shipping fees, which are predetermined by seller, and will be clearly stated in each individual listing.
• All U.S. packages are shipped through USPS First Class Mail for regular sized items such as garments and jewelry or USPS Parcel Post for shoes, boots, lots, and other larger items. Shipping method will be clearly stated in each item's shipping info section. Overseas items will be sent via First Class International Mail. • Insurance is available for an extra $1.85 to all United States customers. PaperDoLL Designs will not accept responsibility for uninsured items that end up lost or damaged in transit. Please note that insurance is not available for international shipments. • I offer shipping discounts to U.S. customers only! Pay full price on shipping for first item, and each additonal item will be shipped for 1/2 of shipping price. PLEASE NOTE: I WILL NOT COMBINE SHIPPING FOR FOOTWEAR OR OTHER OVERSIZED ITEMS! These terms will be clearly stated in the listings themselves. If you have any questions about it, ask before you bid/buy. If purchasing multiple items, please wait for an adjusted invoice. All payment for combined invoices must be made in one single transaction!! If you do not wait for an invoice or you overpay, I will consider it a gift!!! I can not offer shipping discounts to international customers, sorry. 
• Feedback will be left after your item is received. There are NO REFUNDS. Customer satisfaction is important to me, so if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, then kindly send me a message BEFORE leaving negative feedback.
• I use a Husqvarna/Viking "Lena model" sewing machine. I also use a White serger, so you can be rest assured that all 'made from scratch' items are professionally finished. I also do some things by hand, as it's necessary at times.
• All items are sold AS IS, so please do not send me e-mails asking me to resize something. • I WILL NOT ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS, SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK!! • All sales are final!!  Click the banner!  To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received. Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
