I really enjoy selling and buying on Ebay. I don't know what took me so long to get into it. Probably a busy life with working full time and raising a family.

I am a Native New Yorker, born in Brooklyn, and also lived on Long Island & Queens. I have lived in South Florida for about 30 years now. I guess you can say I am a Floridian now!!!

I have been employed in the travel industry at a major South Florida Airport for over 25 years. I have to wear a uniform to work, which saves money on clothes....so...... I splurge on handbags!
My day starts at 4 a.m. and ends at 11 p.m.
I am sleep deprived and stressed out.
Ebay helps to relieve my stress.

For Bidders with a feedback score of under 5, I find it necessary to change my payment instructions. If you have a feedback score of under 5.. you must pay immediately at auctions end. If you do not pay, or contact me at the end of the auction to acknowledge your commitment to purchase the item, I will cancel your bid and offer to the next highest bidder.

Payment policy
I accept Paypal. On all sales, I expect payment within 24-48 hours on items listed, except for buy it now. (immediate) If no payment is made, items will be re-listed or offered to the next highest bidder. If there is a problem, just let me know. I am a very easy person to deal with.
If you do not pay-you will also be blocked from bidding on my items permanently. Sorry!

Shipping information
I DO ship either the same day or within 24 hours of cleared payment. I do my own postage online so its very convienent to wrap it up and drop at the post office. All items come with delivery tracking. Insurance is optional and cost extra. I am not responsible for items without insurance. The item is scanned with the postal service when package is delivered. The TRACK# information is sent in a email to you when shipping label is printed. I also make certain to pack your purchases with T.L.C.
I wrap items the way I would like to get them. I do recycle boxes as long as they are in good condition. Recycling is GOOD! ALL HANDBAGS ARE WRAPPED IN PLASTIC TO PREVENT DAMAGE. I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE THE CHANCE THAT IT WILL BE WATER DAMAGED (FROM RAIN OR SNOW) BY WHERE THE PACKAGE IS LEFT AT YOUR DOOR.

Insurance on purchases
I will offer optional insurance on almost every listing. If you do not purchase insurance, I am not responsible if your item gets lost or damaged. I do provide tracking information FREE of Charge. If you DO purchase insurance, and the item is lost or damaged, I will do whatever it takes to help you get reimbursed for your lost item. I will also keep you informed (the best that I can) of the status of the claim. I cannot file the claim for at least 21 days.(that is the post office policy)
If your item is expensive and you DO NOT purchase the optional insurance, I will in most cases do a
"Signature Required for Delivery".
It is then your responsibility to pick up the package if you are not there when its delivered. Since Ebay has removed the insurance option on the listings, if you want it, please let me know and I will send you a corrected invoice with Insurance on it.

Return policy
I do list all my items as final sale, but I have taken returns under CERTAIN circumstances to be deceided by me. They are taken on a case by case basis. I do not consider Buyers Remorse a good enough reason to return an item. If you have buyers remorse, RESELL IT! I try to describe my items as honestly as possible. What I consider excellent or good may not be what you consider as excellent or good. Thats why questions should be asked before a purchase. I answer questions most of the time within 12 hours or less. I do work full time & I am not on Ebay 24-7. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Also, I would appreciate it if you would read the WHOLE listing and LOOK at the pictures.
Condition, measurements, colors...etc... are stated on items but somehow they can be overlooked and that tends to sometimes have a dissapointed buyer expecting something else when the package arrives.

I usually see these messages first. You will get a response within a few hours. I do work full time and am not on the internet while I am at work. I am also on Eastern standard time. I check my email once a day. It is also safest for you and me. There is alot of fraud on the internet and it's also on EBAY & PAYPAL. You may get "spoof emails" that look real when you get them in your personal emails. Never ever click on to a "link" in your personal email if you get a message telling you to log in to your account, saying its from EBAY or PAYPAL. That is how the crooks get your personal information!!!! Please be safe!!! All real messages from EBAY will be within the EBAY website!! Ebay & Paypal will never ask you to LOG IN to your account in a personal email. I have gotten several emails with a fake PAYPAL LOGO & Ebay Logo telling me there is some kind of problem with my account and if I do not sign in on the link, they will suspend my account.
NEVER EVER DO THAT!!!!

About Feedback & Pet Peeves
Please leave me feedback and I will leave it for you! Feedback is a 2 way street! We all strive for great feedback, Its important! It also lets me know that you have gotten your item. Now Ebay has new guidelines for sellers in regards to Feedback. It is the only way your reputation is reviewed. Before leaving negative or neutral feedback, if there is a problem, contact me first.

I do not list used items as "New"
I am tired of sellers putting "NEW" as the condition of a item when it has cleary been used. I don't mean once or twice which is close, but worn out!
I can tell when an item has been used.
It is NOT my first day on EBAY!

I cannot believe the condition (dirty) of some of the handbags I have purchased and...... Of course it was not disclosed!!!!!
I really hate those kind of surprises.
If a handbag I have listed has some minor soiling, markings, etc.... it will be disclosed upfront. When you get your handbag from me, you will know exactly

There are no Brighton Fake handbags.
When I say "fake" I mean they are not marked as Brighton.
Copies... look alikes.... Brighton Like....yes, but no Brighton name on them.
I have never seen a Brighton (marked Brighton) FAKE handbag, the "look alikes" are being sold as Brighton and people do list them as Brighton.
This is where you have to be carefull!!!
I do get questions if my items are authentic.
This does NOT bother me, because I understand your concern. Brighton handbags are expensive and you are spending alot of money on them. You can ask me ANY questions you want about authenticity. I will be happy to answer them. I have nothing to hide.
