Payments

All payments are due within 3 days after auction end.  I accept PayPal (E-check, Credit Card, and Instant Transfer.  If you pay by e-check I will ship the item when the check has cleared through PayPal.  I reserve the right to relist the item if payment is not received within the stated 3 day period.  I only ship to confirmed address' no exceptions. I do not accept payments from unconfirmed addresses.

Shipping & Handling

All items are shipped out as soon as payment has cleared.  I usually ship on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. (For taxidermy items see below) No weekend shipments are made.  All items include a small handling fee to cover packaging materials such as boxes, envelopes, fillers, etc.  You will receive an email when your item has shipped with your shipment information.  If you have any questions about your shipment you can email me and I will assist you within 24 hours.

Returns

I have a No return, No refund policy.  Please read the entire auction description before bidding or purchasing an item.  I always write in detail the description of the item and I always state its condition. If a problem arises please contact me immediately so that I may resolve the problem a.sa.p.

Feedback

Please leave feedback when your item has arrived and I will promptly return the favor.  This way I know that your item arrived safely and you are 100% satisfied.  If problems do arise please contact me before leaving feedback and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

International buyers are welcome with approval from me. You can contact me through eBay for information on International Shipments and shipping rates. I only accept PayPal for International shipments and require a confirmed address through PayPal. No exceptions. I am not responsible for customs charges accrued on your end when you receive the package.

TAXIDERMY ITEMS: When you click the buy it now button or bid on an item from me you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. All raw items are skinned fresh and frozen quick. I take pictures of the item in detail. Look closely at the pictures. If you are having someone else mount it, have them look at the listing before you bid or purchase. I make no guarantees as to the hair quality, or mounting quality when I list an item. You make those decisions. I list the item in as much detail as I can. Small imperfections may occur as these are found on some animals. All items are shipped USPS priority mail with an arrival date of 2-3 days. I have no control over packages arriving late, and the USPS makes no guarantee on the arrival time. I ship only on Mondays to help ensure a safe arrival to you. Every effort is made to insulate items and keep them cold during shipment. By purchasing items you are accepting that there are no guarantees or refunds. I have sold hundreds of these items and have an exceptional feedback rating. We only ship to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. When paying through PayPal you must provide a "confirmed address" for shipment. We do not ship to unconfirmed addresses under any circumstances. Payment must be made within 7 days or an unpaid item dispute will be filed and you will receive negative feedback. Do not bid if you do not intend to pay. We only leave feedback when feedback has been given.
