All orders(mookeeh products and other items on ebay) purchased from 101propose(ebay seller id), constitute the ackonwlegement and accptance of all conditions listed below.
All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a porduct, and product specifications are subjuect to change without notice.
Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separetely.
All mookeeh products and other items sold by 101propose have been designed and are intended for off-highway application.
These are legal in California for racing and show vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of these parts may void the vehicle's manufacturer warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways.
Further all mookeeh products and other items sold by 101propose are FINAL sold AS IS without any warranty. Users assumes all cost and risks associated with these and other parts. There is no warranty whatsoever. No warranty for damage to related components. No warranty for labor. Users are responsible for all risks and possible damages using these and other parts.
Please inspect your order upon receipt, any missing parts or defective items must be reported within 5 days of the delivery prior to installation. We offer exchange for defective items or if wrong items are delivered. please email at 101propose@verizon.net to report and for exchange instructions.
All exchange items must be in brand new conditioin and shipped us first for inspection. Modified items are not accepted.
No claims will be honored after 7 days of delivery.
All merchanises are packed carefully and corecty before it leaves our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing meterial for carrier inspection. 101propose will not initiate any claims with the carrier. Claims for damaged shipments must be made by the customer with the carrier within 48 hours of delivery.
By accepting this order, customers hereby ackonwledge and agree to be abided the above "Terms and Conditions" of 101propose.
It is the customer's responsibility to retain all invoices for their record.
