Hello ! My name is Joanna and I found eBay to be a great way to sell the clothes my children have outgrown, as well as an inexpensive way to find clothes that fit. I am always selling the clothes they have outgrown as well as other things. I have a (very small) ten year old boy, a twelve year old girl, and a new baby boy born this January, so our household has the habit of accumulating lots of stuff. It's hard to tell what new and interesting items I may be listing ! In case you are wondering why I chose my ID, it's for my all time NFL idol - #13. I miss you Dan ! I also happen to be a huge country music fan and just love Kenny and Toby. I am currently on maternity leave from my full time position as a therapist working with children with special behavioral and emotional needs. I'm on the go shuttling my kids here and there almost every evening. So if I don't return an e-mail immediately, I'll get to it as soon as possible !

My Selling Policies

I decided it would be a good idea to put my selling policies here to stay to help others and avoid confusion. I consider myself an easy person to get along with, I do what I can to make the sale as smooth as possible. All of my items are shipped clean from my smoke-free home. We do have cats, rabbits, and a guinea pig. Sometimes my cats manage to get in my photos, but they are not included in the auction. (I actually had a question requesting the cat once.) I ship almost every business day after payment is received and keep in contact with my buyers. I accept online payments through Paypal, as well as money orders. I accept money orders through the mail, but no longer accept personal checks since I received too many bad ones. Please do not send me a personal check, I will be forced to return it to you and void the transaction. E-checks through Paypal are fine, but please understand that I can not ship items until the e-check clears. I must receive a response within 3 days of auction close. Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close. This does not mean to wait a week and then put the payment in the mail. Please do not bid if you do not intend to follow through. Please ask questions prior to bidding. I report all deadbeat bidders to eBay and leave appropriate feedback. I block all former deadbeat bidders from bidding on my items in the future. I reserve the right to cancel any bids from bidders with negative feedback. I am happy to deal with new eBayer's with a "0" rating, but please follow through and remember your bid is a contract, we all have to start somewhere and many new bidders have been a pleasure to work with. I leave positive feedback for every successful transaction as soon as I am notified the package has been received. I do not have a return policy, however I am happy to work with bidders if a problem should arise. If a refund is in order, I will refund the bid price only, not shipping fees from the US Postal service as I can not get those fees back. I can not be held responsible for an item once it leaves my hands, insurance from the post office is always available by request. I ship priority only on most items. I can not ship parcel post unless stated in the listing as I do not normally have plain boxes. The exceptions would be mostly smaller items that can fit in an envelope, which would be stated in the listing. I do not charge handling fees on priority packages, but I do charge a small fee (usually .50 to $1.00) to cover my expenses for media rate, first class, and parcel post packages. I only require insurance on what I consider to be very fragile or expensive items and state that in the listing, however it is always available upon request. I normally only ship to US addresses and US military APO and FPO addresses. I have sent packages to military families all over the world and am familiar with this process. I am always happy to help out those families who are serving our country. I try to describe every item as accurately as possible but I am human and may miss some things from time to time. Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions prior to bidding. I almost always have a picture of the item, please e-mail me if it is not showing. I am always happy to combine items to save you on shipping fees. I do not offer a set shipping discount because shipping fees vary by weight and the zipcode of the package's destination. I promise to always give the lowest priority rate available and I will not charge handling fees on priority packages. Please let me know as soon as you win an auction if you would like your package anywhere other than the address listed with eBay as this may alter the shipping costs. I never have a problem with local pick-up of one or more items and can often meet buyers at a mutually agreed upon location and would never charge for that. I have a pet peeve about sellers who overinflate shipping fees, I would never do that to anyone. Thank you for reading my "fine print" !

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
