Dealing with alot of high end products and fragiles, we only use the highest of quality in our wrapping of your item(s). We do not take short cuts or do things in a HALF WAY fashion. But still do advise insurance on ALL ITEMS.
We do our best to get your item out to you within 5 days of your payment, under normal circumstances ie. (weather, kids, car, holidays, emergencies etc...)! I know that you are excited to receive your item in a timely fashion, as do I. If for some reason you need item in a speedy fashion for ie: A Gift, please let me know ahead of time, so I can make every attempt to get it to you on time.(Please be reasonable) We have a smoke/cat/dog free home.
If item (Usually Clothing) has come from (smoker) or has odors, We will list this in our description. (If we have the knowledge).
If items come from me personally I will let you know.
Ok folks the scoop on the FEEDBACK................AS soon as I have mailed out your item(s) I will "NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL". Once you have received your item from us we would appreciate you leaving feedback-then we will do the same in return. (SORRY BUT NO FEEDBACK WILL BE LEFT UNTIL IT IS RECEIVED)-THIS IS DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF SCAMMERS AND DISHONEST PEOPLE OUT THERE :(((!!! & ALSO DUE TO THE NEW EBAY FEEDBACK RULES- Understand with Negative Feedback there are two sides to every story. I will be more than happy to address any Negative Feedback Left. "Just Ask" (Feedback is very important for both the buyer and seller).
I WOULD LIKE TO ADD: AT THE FIRST SIGN OF ISSUES WITH A BUYER I "WILL" IMMEDIATELY REPORT ANY ABUSE/THREATS OR MISUSE OF THE NEW FEEDBACK SYSTEM!
If you are mailing your payment or have a delay. All you have to do is email me (I will understand). I know how it is. :) If I receive no contact from you by the 7th day on the 8th day, "A Block will be place on YOU, Item WILL be relisted and NPB (NON-PAYING BIDDER) Alert filed with Ebay." I am honest and easy going but I do not play where this is concerned.
