1999 Winner Indiana Pheasant Stamp, 1994 Winner Delaware Waterfowl Stamp. 

 He has also placed in the top ten in the Federal Waterfowl Stamp competition

and various state competitions numerous times.  Also featured are Limited

Edition prints by wildlife artist, Lee LeBlanc (1913-1988), including Federal and

State Duck Stamp prints designed by LeBlanc.  We have a limited collection of
