About  20th Century Props
20th Century Props was founded in 1969 as a prop rental business, operating from Harvey Schwartz antique store in West Hollywood. From an initial focus on antiques and rattan, 20th Century has grown to become the largest prop house in Hollywood, under one roof.
In 1990, 20th Century Props moved to its current North Hollywood location. This 113,000 square foot warehouse now serves the Hollywood entertainment and event planning communities with a vast array of movie sets, and furniture and antiques from all over the world. We are the curator of all 20th Century Fox and MGM props. We have acquired our inventory by consistently buying props from movie productions after films are completed. We have the largest lighting department in the world.
Our props have been featured in list of credits includes the very best of Hollywood from films like- Titanic, Spider-man, Austin Powers, The shinning, Batman, Minority Report, Dare devil, even TV shows Like JAG and Will & Grace.
About  Tropical Sun Rattan
Tropical Sun Rattan started with a shop called Harvey Antiques which was one of the first shops to open on the Famous Melrose Boulevard located in Hollywood California. In 1972 it expanded to Tropical Sun Rattan with the purchase of the Tropical Sun Rattan Company in Pasadena. For over 35 years we have been selling and dealing great Vintage Rattan furniture along will wonderful original Tropical fabrics, Artwork and rugs.
Over those last thirty years we have also assumable the world's largest collection of vintage Rattan and Tropical dor as well with well over 25,000 square feet of Tropicana. With some of Hollywood's Biggest Stars and productions buying and renting from us. Ranging from celebrities like Nicolas Cage, Barbra Streisand, and Madonna. To renting to the Sets of Films like the God Father and TV shows like the Golden Girls. In 1999 Tropical Sun Rattan Founder Harvey Schwartz wrote a book on Rattan and Tropical dor titled "Rattan, Tropical Comfort Throughout the House" by Schiffer Publishing.
