I am a complementary therapist, qualified in aromatherapy, swedish massage, indian head massage, reiki, hopi ear candle and reflexology...  I am a firm believer in the mind/body/spirit connection, and using relaxation and de-stressing is a great way to enhance all three and keep yourself feeling balanced.   The spirit (or soul)is as important as the body and I believe that it cannot be separated.  I am fascinated by the power of the mind, and have also begun a hypnotherapy course which I hope to be using to help people overcome allsorts of fears and anxieties, stop smoking, lose weight etc etc in the near future!

I also hand make wedding invitations/menu's/placecards etc and stock organza wedding favour bags.
