We are selling antiques and collectibles out of our house and shed through ebay. I sell for my family as well as some friends. We are "house cleaning" as well as buying/selling. We try to place an item on ebay once at the lowest possible starting price. So bid and bid often. Items that do not sell usually go to a consignment shop or to the flea market. We do NOT accept offers. We offer a wide variety of items for auction. Examples are Fisher Price, Little Tikes, Video Games, China, action figures, Star Wars, Corning Ware, collector's plates, McCoy pottery, dinnerware, Pyrex, Made in Japan, Occupied Japan items, paper, advertisements, etc. The list goes on. We NEVER have a reserve - we start out the item as low as we can possibly go. I abide by Ebay policies - please do not ask me to lower my starting price or ask me to close my auction early to sell directly to you.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Please do not ask me to "forge" any postal documents to include the customs forms. Customs forms will be filled accurately with the auction price as the value and marked "Merchandise". I have to put my signature on these forms! If I do not have a buy it now price, please do not ask me to give you a "buy it now price" or offer me money to close an auction. Please keep in mind that I also sell items on commission. If you are happy with your item, please be sure to leave 5 stars. This helps keep our prices low since we get discounts through ebay for higher stars.
RETURN POLICY
We describe all items to the best of our knowledge and are very honest about condition. Items are exactly as stated and as shown in the picture(s). We try to add additional pictures within 48 hours of starting the auction. If you need additional pictures, please email me. REMEMBER unless stated otherwise these items are USED. Since some people are very picky about items, please assume ALL items need to be cleaned. Due to the large volume of items we sell, we do NOT take the extra time to clean the items - sold as we find them. On most video game systems, we do NOT take the time to test them - we sell them as is/as found. We have several reference books that we use to identify items before they are placed for auction. If you have ANY doubts, please email me and ask questions BEFORE bidding. There is no such thing as a stupid question - don't assume anything - please ask. I answer all questions and check email at least once a day in the EVENINGS. Please do NOT block your email address or your questions cannot be answered. I do NOT use My ebay to asnwer emails. We do NOT refund for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Descriptions for the items include the written description as well as the photos. Please keep this in mind when bidding.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES/INSURANCE
We allow the CUSTOMER to determine how he/she wants an item shipped (via the United States Postal Service). We offer media mail (in accordance with USPS regulations), parcel post, first class or priority mail (for US shipping). Please see the shipping calculator for your shipping costs. For INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS, we ONlY ship via priority international. We use this service since we are able to track the package once mailed. Priority international is also covered for loss or damage by the postal service. I'm sorry that one apple spoiled it for everyone else. We do NOT ship UPS or DHL. If the item is very heavy or large, we will ship via Fed-Ex. Since ebay does not have a shipping calculator for Fed-Ex, we will list as pickup only or Fed-Ex Ground. On Fed-Ex auctions, we do charge a one-time $5 handling charge. You can email us your zip code and we will try to get an estimate to you. Insurance is now included on all auctions. Ebay recently changed their policy on insurance. All sellers are now responsible for the items from the time it is shipped until it is received; therefore insurance and delivery confirmation will be included on ALL auctions - NO EXCEPTIONS. I need to be able to track all items, so they packages are taken to the local post office for processing. This way they actually scan the delivery confirmation tag. Shipping costs are NOT negotiable. If you do NOT agree with the shipping price or shipping calculator, then please do NOT bid. I have had a couple of people that do not believe they should have to pay a handling fee, if this is the case, they please do NOT bid. We do NOT believe in "making up" for low bids through a handling fee. This fee is ONLY to help cover packaging supplies/bubble wrap, tape, markers, etc. I do use bubble wrap for all items, including video games. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE WILL COMBINE ITEMS TO SAVE YOU ON BOTH SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES. If you win multiple items, please wait for me to send you an invoice so I can calculate your savings into the invoice.
EMAILS
I answer emails in the EVENINGS since I work during the day. Please be sure that your ebay email address is valid prior to bidding. Also, please remove any spam blockers. I do NOT fill out forms to be added to your email list. Please do NOT block your email through ebay or your email will NOT be answered. I do NOT use my ebay to answer emails, I reply to emails through my email account only. I use ebay checkout for all invoices. If you do not receive the invoice within 3 days of auction close, please check your junk/spam folder. I do answer ALL emails that are sent to me unless you have the spam blocker or have blocked your email. I also email your paypal email account to notify you when the payment has been received, the package shipped and provide you with delivery confirmation number (if shipped via USPS).
PAYMENTS
We ONLY accept Paypal per ebay's policy through the auction. If you would like to pay via money order, please ask prior to auction close. We will accept US postal money orders. If you have a question, please email me. Once I receive payment, I will email you through your paypal email address to provide you with the day your item is being shipping along with the delivery confirmation number. If your item is being shipped via Fed-Ex, I will not have the tracking number until I take the item to Fed-Ex. We ship packages Monday through Friday. Saturdays we use to shop for ebay items. If we get through with shopping early, we do try to get the packages out on Saturday before the post office closes at noon. Packages are normally shipped out the next business day (Monday-Friday) if the payment is received before 9pm Eastern Time. Payments MUST be received within 7 days of close of auction. Due to the recent increase in non-paying bidders, we ask that you please get your payments in promptly within 7 days. On day 8, a non-paying bidder report will be filed. If still no response, a final value fee will be filed with ebay in order to get my fees back. We do try to work with people as much as possible - so keep the lines of communication open.
