I try to research items prior to listing.(ie:Markings, Age etc)
I will answer all emails with Questions ASAP. Exceptions will only be if I'm out of town.
I offer 100% Guarentee on my Auctions & Buy it Now if my description is not accurate. However buyer remorse is not a reason for a refund please ask as many questions as you need and I will answer as best I can.
I will Ship as soon as payment clears in most cases DAILY.
FEEDBACK: I leave feedback as soon as you pay because you have done your part. you really have the easy part. I will never leave negative feedback... Just no reason for it. I will leave a neutral with comments & I may respond to comments or add to comments. I don't ask anyone to leave feedback ever.
RETURN POLICY:
I will not ship to PO Boxes.. Confirmed address only .... Sorry
NO refunds for BUYER REMORSE (didn't fit ,wrong color,didn't like etc etc)
Item must be returned in original condition.
Once received I will REFUND Purchase Price Only.
(No S&H Charges will be refunded) I know there may be an occaisional exception to this rule.
I don't include Insurance fees in my S&H. If you would like INSURANCE please email me prior to sending payment. I will add it to your invoice. I incourage buyers to put insurance on items of $19.99 or more.
I cannot be responsible for lost or broken items due to the Post Office.
Packaging of items:
I will wrap glass items in Bubble Wrap, Paper will be all around item for addition protection. Other items used will be Bubble Wrap envelopes for non breakable items.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:
I will ship in original boxes if I have them. (ie: NIB & IOB)
International Buyers please email me for your S&H charges. Charges specified in Auction & Buy it Now are for US delivery only. Buyer responsible for any tariff or custom charges.
CHECK POLICY:
I will accept checks drawn on Major Banks (HSBC, Bank of America,Citi Citizens Bank ) email me prior to I will let you know if your bank is here so I can cash. No STARTER Checks or Credit Union Checks will be accepted. They will be sent back.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
All items are considered used unless otherwise noted.
If I offer a PROMO, SALE or DISCOUNT. I will send you an adjusted Invoice with the correct amount. Please wait for the invoice so I don't have to send you a partial refund and have you get charged the paypal fee.
If I go out of town I will mention my plans ahead of time in this section of "ABOUT ME".
I will Ship daily Mon - Sat in most cases. Only EXCEPTION bank holidays.
